Basically this is a 33/34 year old woman (at the time) going to therapy to discuss the online "bullying" she gets and the therapist tells her it's totally normal and perfect to feel rage towards these online bullies (even though she is a grown ass adult and makes a fool of herself online for a living).

I think when she goes for "counseling" that she constructs a narrative that she thinks will bring sympathy (or respect or admiration or whatever she's fishing for at the moment). When she drew that picture she could have just drawn what she thought would get her the desired response.

Therapy only works if the patient is honest with what's going on and willing to participate in their therapy. Chins goes because there are /were strings attached- no magical wls pill unless you go to therapy too.

Then when therapy progresses after a few visits, she is likely challenged a bit by the therapist. The facade begins to crack and Chins knows she is vulnerable to bring told how SHE NEEDS to fix her problems.

Naturally that includes work as well as the uncomfortable feeling of being told what to do and how she has essentially fucked up. So she stops going.

The Ozempic has definitely tempered her ability to eat enormous amounts of food which fulfilled her before and I think that is what has unsettled her so much, along with her life going nowhere.
