I have spent about a decade in law enforcement; what they will do is just take their time.

Code 3 to a nigger related crime? Well I better drive a safe speed of 50 MPH and be extra cautious crossing an intersection. Once there I park at a strategic location to wait for additional officers, observe, and formulate the best response.

So what if I a few people died during this time. I am not liable for not protecting you nor can I be punished for following established officer and public safety guidelines.
