The Civil Rights movement was actually quite violent - videos will show marchers getting sprayed with hoses and burning rubble in the background but never make the connection as to why they were being sprayed. MLK disagreed with violence from a tactical perspective rather than a moral one (he always made excuses for his more violent comrades and his faction shielded them from legal consequences). If he lived today he’d be a John Lewis at best and a less dramatic Al Sharpton at worst.

Anyone who denies this is quite literally in denial. There isn't a single majority black city, neighborhood, county, country on Earth that isn't a total shithole most white people wouldn't be caught dead living in. This is simply reality, and it's not a random coincidence.
