ah yes i'm sure murder was proven, someone with malice intending to kill someone for no reason calling and esculating an ambulence. that screams murder.
I'm somewhere in the middle of the decision. I think the charges apply (but) I do think everyone involved were driven by fear of consequences. Anybody that would dare defend Chauvin would be burned at the stake metaphorically speaking. Both sides had shit arguments though. With a better defense I think the charges could've been applied fairly. All these centrists like your Tim Pool's and conservatives like your Candace Owen's. They don't know what they're talking about. They keep bringing up federal law like its relevant here and it's not. This can't be stressed enough, this fucking happened in Minnesota therefore falls under Minnesota jurisdiction.

609.19 MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE

Subd. 2.Unintentional murders.

Whoever does either of the following is guilty of unintentional murder in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 40 years:

(1) causes the death of a human being, without intent to effect the death of any person, while committing or attempting to commit a felony offense other than criminal sexual conduct in the first or second degree with force or violence or a drive-by shooting.

"Felony offense" is the keywords here because one of the charges is second degree manslaughter which is an felonious act. You just need to prove culpable negligence for manslaughter 2. Third degree murder is harder to prove because much like defamation and proving intent. Needing to prove ones thoughts, which is a hard thing to do. The same thing applies with murder 3 you need to prove "a depraved mind" which is hard to do, but not impossible.

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

Chauvin plead the 5th if the defense wasn't so shit. They could of used plenty of examples to make the jury question Chauvins motives and intent. Thus Chauvins attorney would have a hard time defending him because how does an entirely different individual know what their client is thinking. This could of been won fairly, winning through fear is no different than what dictatorships and authoritarians do. Unfortunately that's what the left wants, to make no decisions of their own and be ruled by a benevolent dictator.

After 9 days Daunte Wright's gofundme nearly reached a million $

Repost from previous thread:
Here's a chronological overview. Also notice the goal that's always been increased.
It started at 500K (maybe even lower) and once this amount was reached they increased it to 800K and now to a million.

Now guess what will happen if a million is reached....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And of course Makhia Bryant also has a gofundme. What else did you expect?
Currently it's only a bit more than 5K and the goal is set to only 8K.

If someone wonders why this gofundme is so low compared to Daunte's one:
At first Daunte's gofundme had the same problem but this changed drastically after Ben Crump got involved.

Copy/pasta from Daunte's gofundme:
1. Who am I and how am I related to the Daunte Wright, Sr.? The fund was established by Kelly Bryant (Daunte’s aunt), and is being managed by Adner Marcelin of Ben Crump Law.
...
The money will be managed by Ben Crump Law and they say 100% of the amount will be transferred to the family:
"100% of the funds raised on this site will go to the Wright family. NO PART OF THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED TOWARDS LEGAL FEES."

I wonder how much % gets transferred back or will be donated to charity that is also controlled by Ben Crump Law...

Fyi - a white victim of police brutality may be happy if he/she received 10-20% of that amount
(I'm not kidding)

No but it would have been a way for him to show concern for Floyd's life rather than just kneeling over him.
Ironically, had Chauvin not tried to deescalate he probably would be out of prison now

they had the right to taser him and hobble him. And it seemed like they didn’t because they knew something was wrong

Had Chauvin tried to apply as much force as possible, he would have killed the guy quicker and walked free

He will serve his highest charge until it is appealed, then serve his second charge right after, and so on. Its basically a huge "fuck you" to keep him locked up to appease all the monkeys
So essentially its only purpose is to keep him in jail for as many days as they can collectively before it's all appealed because they are just that petty?

That's... pretty disgusting.

If they had the same culture but looked white then many issues in america woukdve been addressed already.
Or if they, you know... addressed their own toxic culture? I mean poor white trash remains poor white trash for basically the same reason, their continuous culture of poverty and crab bucket mentality that leads to more poverty and dysfunction

Hey wait a minute, I thought chimp out maximum overdrive was supposed to happen last night?
Nope - that was 'oh... guilty? w-well no matter what the result is we kiwis still win!' cope. At least many of the same people got mad at the lack of anything happening and sperged out, so there was at least some funni last night.

One of the darkly funny aspects of all this is that more blacks are going to get killed by police.

Since now if police have a choice between trying to subdue someone or just shooting them they'd be idiots to seriously attempt the prior as they risk getting blamed for ODs or people spazzing out and injuring themselves while in custody. The woman police officer that shot a guy trying to run off ends up being the example of what's ahead as police can just say anyone not coming in quietly is acting as a threat and off them while getting off scot free.

This whole association with Africans and the "it takes a village to raise a child" attitude is a Marxist fairytale. Family units are found worldwide throughout history and this association with the family structure being "White" is garbage pushed by the far left

It didn't force, but through multiple generations of fucked policies it certainly groomed the population into the disgusting dysfunction we see today. First of all, the welfare and housing programs effectively pushed the black male out of the job market by making section 8 housing offer the best benefits to single mothers and revoking benefits to people who earn too much.
The CIA smuggling crack into the cities didn't make things any better for poor blacks on top of everything else.

To have a race of children who will perpetually hold their hands, votes, and wallets up for Democratic politicians, race-hustlers, and intellectuals to "save" them.
Black Americans, when left to their own devices, created Liberia. They had deep, deep problems way before the welfare state came along. People talk as if blacks were victims of LBJ, but LBJ’s gambit wouldn’t have worked if blacks didn’t take the bribe.

Look into what the Civil Rights movement’s demands actually were aside from integration: Affirmative Action, wealth redistribution, etc.

Shes probably going to jail for murder too.

What youre going to see is less criminal policing since any interactions with criminals could send the officer to jail.

If you live in a nice area expect to be ticketed for driving 1mph over the speed limit and failing to keep your grass under 6 inches.

Nah, they'll just stop showing up to incidents where "black male/black female" is part of the perps description coming through on the radio.

Racism is finally solved! Black criminals can do whatever the fuck they want now.
