Not sure if brought up yet, but remember that a couple weeks ago Twitch instituted a policy where their streamers can be now be held accountable for their actions taken off of their platform.
So if you're, say, doxxing people in a private discord, Twitch could take action.

Budgeting and planning I agree with, but when Phil needs to raise money he knows what whales to lean on, what sob story to use and how to frame it to his wheelchair donators so they will open thier purse strings.
Phil is great at making money. Deciding what to do with it afterwards is another story.

Are you sure about that? Its not intelligence that stops people from taking retards money. Its basic moral character, basic kindness for your fellow man, and/or self-respect. Three qualities Phil does not posses an ounce of.
The reality is that Phil WAS not a complete moron 10 years ago. However, due to his hermit lifestyle, alcoholism and him not exactly being the brightest to begin with has caused his mind to atrophy into mush.
His lies are even more blatant and obvious than ever and he has absolutely no plans for anything happening in his life. 10 years ago he was simply a poor liar and his plans were very simple.

Okay, this stream left us with some pretty nice golddust. Phil, by his own admission, has been making "Thousands of dollars a month on Twitch." He's not asking for more; Just as much as he was making. Basically lowkey admitting he feigns distress on the daily because, my man, if you're making THOUSANDS A MONTH, you can literally NOT BE STRAPPED FOR CASH SIMULTANEOUSLY. That is not how life works. Unless that money's fucking gone into, let's say, a gacha blackhole.
Phil talked to Khet about this. She cried, btw. Phil's so tired of always being the guy erroneously charged at. Twitch has so, so much worse than him on display: Thots throwing cats and shit. Phil's just a chill guy. He literally does nothing but sit there and play games. He's completely rebuilt himself from the ground up as a cool guy who hates sex jokes, and that seemingly should make him untouchable and a paragon of virtue. I'm roughly paraphrasing, but he did say all of this. The last part almost literally.
For now, with Khet's advice, Phil resolved to stay on Twitch as a nothing. It's safe to assume he doesn't really care that much. He's lost the ability to run ads, and god knows he ran a LOT of ads. Then again with adblockers and subs, it's likely it won't hurt his bottomline that much. Phil viewers have lost their crowns, sub badges and emotes. Phil expects them to step the fuck up with tips now. Let's make some quick and dirty math on how much Phil expects to earn, and how much he's earning. Some days he significantly overshoots his tips goal, so if anything, I'll be BELOW his usual monthly take. Let's-a-go:
2,50$ * 850 subs, thanks OIC= 2125$ from subs.
26 days of hitting the tips goal on both streams, considered the bare minimum for Philip to afford groceries and a basic standard of living= 5200$
To meet his basic living requirements, Phil needs to earn a cool 7325$ a month. Throw another 1-2K on top of that from cheers, 170ish from Patreon, youtube ad revenue, and whatever Behind The Scenes khantributions he gets, which he normally feels no need whatsoever to disclose.
Split that between 26 full days of streaming, and the daily take in tips across both streams would have to be 282$. That's a significant amount of stepping up the paypigs are gonna have to do, and Phil's gonna have to struggle with a much, much easier tracking method for income now. This will make his constant grift of crying poor even harder to play straight, but to be fair, the dude can humble brag about how he's earning thousands a month the same day he's been crying about being strapped for cash with seemingly 0 shame. EDIT: Phil's not conniving when making money. His scams lack any sort of finesse or smarts. He's not enticing people with anything, then making away with the spoils, leaving them wondering just what the hell went on; He's just targetting absolute retards and browbeating them with how much his life has sucked, been tough, and how he needs ridiculous amouonts of money because a dollar can't buy an onion. Three minutes of quick math can easily prove he has more than enough for anyone to live on, and he doesn't even bother to smokescreen how much money he makes.
