Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

@Azovka edit: you're talking about the ground beef she got gorl, not steaks. 80/20 is pretty standard, the real shit stuff is 70/30, that's like Big AL tier garbage. Fatgirlfedup buys 70/30 as well. Her entire haul was full of calorie rich food. She bought bacon, ribs, ground beef, butter, potatoes and so forth.

Burgerlander here, and I have never, in my entire life, seen 70/30 ground beef for sale, even at my poorest, shopping at the shittiest ghetto/barrio supermarkets. I can totally believe it exists, but--wow.

The only people I can see who would legit be all over 70/30 are those on keto, which requires very high fat consumption, along with very low (even no) carbs. Ketards, especially those on a budget, buy a lot of 80/20 ground beef. But if Fatgirlfedup is buying potatoes, she sure as shit isn't doing keto.

@Azovka I don't know if I have ever seen a steak labelled by fat content in the US. Ground beef sure, but a steak? I mean, it's marbled, you can cut the fat out or eat around it. That's what makes it taste good but you can if you want.

Her entire haul was full of calorie rich food. She bought bacon, ribs, ground beef, butter, potatoes and so forth. She hardly even remembered what she ordered she says because it was "late at night". She's zonked out on some RX med, has to be. Or she's just a complete space cadet, either way she's a dum dum and her husband has to be absolutely wondering WTF he's doing. TBF he looks like a typical military grunt with the looks and IQ to match himself. Quite the power couple.

When she was talking to her niece in her puppy voice I had so much 2nd hand embarrassment. It's a kid, a little kid, not a dog.
If she managed to order comprehensive groceries (like ingredients that will actually make meals) while high on whatever the fuck she takes, she is officially more competent than most stoners.

I mean, she didn’t end up with a bag of cat litter, 20 packets of Kool Aid and 3 dozen jalapeño and cheese croissant, so good on her.

Jesus take the wheel, that Lizzo pic.... all the money and resources and she chooses death. What a role model.

Here's some insanity from Bekah.

She actually typed this fucking sentence.

(:_( being morbidly obese is not magical Bekah.

Gorl, your fat is not a shield, it's a prison.

God, Bekah makes me feel sad. Somebody get her into trauma therapy before her trauma suffocates her by turning into even more fat.

I used to work at a butcher shop and meat department in grocery stores in Burgerland:

- 73/27 is the fattiest ground beef that is standardized.

- A grocery store or a butcher shop that is not on the level may have fattier ground beef they make themselves because they don’t want to throw out extra beef fat scraps.

- 85/15 was by far the most common type of ground beef and sold the most.

- Despite being in Burgerland, 90/10 and 95/5 sold a lot more than 80/20 or 73/27.

A lot of times it’s the shit in the plastic tubes that has the highest fat content. Many of us can at least deduce that meat from a tube is to be avoided.

I have made the mistake of buying super fatty ground beef in my youth only to discover that most of the fat cooks off leaving dry meat to stew in it’s own lard. Like a white trash confit.

I wouldn’t be surprised if fatties continue to buy garbage meat because they never get around to actually cooking it; grocery hauls are a way to feel the excitement and premature satisfaction of a new lifestyle complete with nothing but homecooked meals, but when it comes time to feed, fatties will seldom choose their own cooking over the hyperpalatable packaged and fast foods to which their tastebuds are accustomed.

Just fat Stella complaining about being fat again.
It's always something with Stella. First it was Stella being a "vegan" and when that didn't work, she saw a dietician. Of course, seeing a dietician did not work, because the dietician was "old" or something. Now Stella is going to see a weight loss surgeon. :story: Stella does not finish anything she starts, because she is too lazy and mentally unwell. Stella is never going to lose weight and she is just going to repeat her mistakes again.

Stella also posted a new video. In the video she brags about becoming the first "size 24" Fashion Nova Model. Stella needs to worry more about her health then her superficial "modeling career." Stella is going to end up like Tess. Broke and unhealthy, hanging onto any kind of relevance she has left.

the more fatty blends of ground beef are great for things like burgers and cevapi because they are more juicy and flavorful, while the more lean blends work better in sauces or stews where you don't want excessive fat buildup

i personally have never seen ground beef above 80/20, but im not from burgerland either. we do have ground pork here though and it's much more fatty than the ground beef, i never checked the numbers but it could easily be 70/30. ground lamb too but that's less common and more exotic.

if we're honest with ourselves, fatty cuts of meat probably isn't the main reason for these people ballooning up to the size and shape of a walrus. to me it seems like that's mostly the result of excess added sugar from sources like processed ready-to-eat food, fast food restaurants, soda drinks, and sweet snacks such as ice cream, cake or cookies.

Exactly. It always makes me laugh when superfats get precious about fat content in whole foods. ALR is the cow most guilty of this. The delusion is so strong.

Another former grocery store worker here, and I've seen 70/30 on the shelves several times. But yes, it was the type in the plastic roll--the budget option. The folks who bought that mostly seemed to be either preparing for a cookout (also buying buns, ketchup, etc.) or struggling to save a few dollars. 80/20 and 85/15 were the most popular options.

70/30 also cropped up in the local dollar store freezer cases, for some reason.

Mind you, if I saw one of Dr. Now's patients putting two rolls of ground beef, six bags of candy and a shit-ton of carbs on the belt, it wouldn't be the ground beef I was silently judging.

Some bullshit from my favorite cess pool, Tumblr. Imagine thinking anything less than 3x is anywhere near thin lol. Guess what, size 14 is actually fat.
Eat a little bit less and you won't have to "struggle" so much.
There are people starving in this world and your mad cause you can't find a size 10x.
