So can anyone sum up what his latest "scheme" is?

He spent all that time and money getting that Yovanna music video recorded - i'm assuming his next step is to try to get Yovanna to notice the tape, and when he's promptly ignored, he'll be repeating the Taylor Swift saga again and trying to take her to court.

That, and he also mentioned something about another America's Got Talent audition - I'm assuming he'll be using the music video for that as well.

Pretty sure you're right. He'll probably spam her IG with links to his video and when she doesn't respond, or he just gets a casual thank you, he'll lose his mind and go on a rant about how she at least owes him a date and then he'll threaten to sue. He still doesn't get that if you call something a gift, you can't legally expect anything in return. And even if he doesn't call it a gift, he really can't demand anything in return. She didn't ask him to do it. He tries to force debts on people and can't grasp why that doesn't work.

Just regular trainers, but you can see the contours of his feet in them, and those are at least four EU sizes too big.

The guy doesn't even know what "suede" is. He probably got them at Goodwill for $1.

Not to mention that the shoes stand out like a sore thumb and don't match anything he's wearing.

Also, that post apparently got 3 likes - anyone think he's using fake accounts to like his own stuff?

so wait, he can't get a gun because of the background checks- he has a stalking charge
He only pled guilty to electronic harassment, which by itself wouldn't get your right to bear taken away. Unless it's in a case also involving domestic violence, which Russ's legally wasn't, although he was being a sex pest. Unless it constitutes "stalking," but those are two separate laws in Utah. Of course, if he is, he would have received something from the court telling him so.

Similarly, there's something called an "extended order for protection." We don't know if Russ got something analogous to that in Utah, but if he did, and it prohibited him from possessing a firearm, then I presume he would be prohibited in Utah as well.

The federal laws don't seem to apply here either. With relation to misdemeanor domestic violence (and this is not even that) it requires the person be an intimate partner.

And again, there may be something on whatever papers Russ got from the court that makes it clear, but a simple harassment charge of someone who is not an intimate partner probably does not prohibit owning a firearm, unless there is a specific restraining order in place that explicitly says so.

The federal requirements: https://www.atf.gov/resource-center...al-firearms-prohibitions-atf-i-33102/download

In general, though, felonies, even misdemeanor d.v., stalking (often also a felony), and restraining orders over an extended period of time, which explicitly prohibit owning a firearm would also qualify.

So is Russ prohibited? Maybe. If what he's been court ordered not to do includes possessing firearms, definitely, and he'd be prohibited anywhere in the country. The long and short of it is if he is prohibited, he'd be violating Utah law, Nevada law, a court order (criminal contempt in Utah), and probably federal law, where it would be a serious crime. He would be in a world of shit, so if he does have such a plan, he'd best tread carefully.

doesn't she have a restraining order on him? that's what I was thinking would disqualify him.

There were some stern warnings on the entry page that recording the proceedings was illegal. And thanks to jokers signing up for the stream with obviously fake names, which the judge commented on at multiple points during the proceedings, the court is aware that there was unusual outside interest in that case. It certainly would have been possible to record, but if anyone did, I would strongly suggest not releasing it.
Fair enough, but are there any court records? I'm sure those would be a ball to read if they are accessible.

No he hasn't. The only one he's mentioned is the one he just auditioned for. You're making things up as usual.
His court filings mentioned him complaining about trolls ruining an AGT audition.

WTH? - I never said there was "more than one AGT audition (other than the one from years ago which he bombed)" - I said that I assumed he used the same "Yo Yovanna" music video (that he's trying to get Yovanna to publish) for that AGT audition.

Then there's issue of whether or not a stun gun is defined as a firearm under state law. I would think that even Russ would be aware of what would constitute a probation violation but then this is a guy who thought he could use the law to force one of the world's most famous women to fuck him, so anything's possible.

Also, that post apparently got 3 likes - anyone think he's using fake accounts to like his own stuff?
Probably, because we know how low effort he is, and making more fake accounts was probably too much work for him. And if they aren't fake likes, then there's three people out there who have terrible judgement.

I'm getting awfully mixed signals from Russ. Either we've ruined his life and condemned him to a life not fitting a genius such as he, or we're entirely inconsequential and fame and fortune will be his any day now. Which is it Russ? I only have to ruin one more person's life before I get a free toaster oven under Null's rewards program.
Please. If anything the Orchards are the only reasons anybody has heard of this little manlet. If it wasn't for us he'd just be another loser with delusions that fame and fortune are right around the corner while slaving away at a shitty job because he has no drive.

Besides nobody here has stopped him from making it big. It's not because of us that Taylor Swift didn't accept his song or that the only women that will suck him his penis are hookers. If he dropped his attitude and actually worked on his personality and grooming he might be able to find a decent looking woman that would want to spend time with him. But because he thinks he's such a studly guy he'll only be batting way out of his league.

Unless you buy them at Target, men's suits need to be tailored. They are sold in a size that is a rough fit and then you get measured and the suit is tailored to fit you. Pants especially are sold much longer than most men need and need to be hemmed.

It looks like Russ went to Men's Wearhouse and bought a $149 special and didn't bother to get it tailored to fit.
Or he thought he could save a few bucks and do it himself with a stapler. Not that it matters because he still washes it in the bathtub.

"I'm assuming he'll be using the music video for that as well. "

That sentence does not indicate you were referring to the audition that has already passed, and that we've been talking about for a year on here. "He'll be using" does not indicate past tense.

Because you're making stuff up as usual, or just wrong as also usual.

Since false information about Russ tends to spread like wildfire: Russel has not mentioned another future AGT audition since the one he auditioned for earlier this year.

Um... no, I wasn't making anything up "as usual". (Point out anything in this thread I've "made up", I dare you).

The OP doesn't have a link to it - but as far as I'm aware of, he's using the Yo Yovanna video for an AGT audition, as well as trying to get Yovanna to notice it on social media.

(I wasn't aware the audition had already taken place this year, because the court filing made it sound like he was saying that trolls "ruined" it by leaking the video or something, implying that because it was "leaked" he wouldn't be able to use it).

(There is also a much older AGT audition from years back where he threatened to sue for discrimination, but that's completely unrelated to this one).

Yes, but it would specifically have to put him on notice it prohibited him from possessing firearms while it was in effect. Nothing was said on the record at the hearing about it, but I suppose it might be on whatever piece of paper he got. Generally, an actual order of protection is for domestic violence, which involves a domestic partner. Simple electronic harassment is when you merely continue contacting someone electronically when they have put you on notice to stop doing that. Stalking is much more serious and often felonious conduct. And domestic violence involves actual violence against an intimate partner. Anything qualified d.v. gets your bang bangs taken away.

Dude. He is not using the Yo Yovanna video for his AGT audition. Do you even read this thread or just post?

It has been widely discussed that he auditioned for AGT with his keytar, gay singer, and drummer. Like...discussed nonstop. People even have avatars based on it.

I'm baffled.

I saw that video - I thought that the song he sung in the video was the "Yo Yovanna" song. If not, what song was it?
