To continue my philosophizing, the incel is essentially an grossly exaggerated form of untermensch (meant in it's original context), as they are essentially driven by their resentment of the living. While other forms —such as communists— lure broad portions of the population towards their jealous cults of death, the incel has relatively weak sway, only able to recruit a meager handful of deeply pathetic people. We should be thankful that —unlike china, for example— our gender proportions are relatively even, the biological imperative prevents any large number of incels from being created, as most people simply can't relate.

Being able to socialize is a skill. If you never go out and interact with people it creates a negative feedback loop. It can be scary to be shot down or rejected but everyone is at some point. Some people are naturally gifted but others have to learn a lot more. It is what it is. That’s why taking up a hobby or sport can be a good thing.

A lot of this is self hate which is often equated to a lack of confidence. If you think you’re dumb, malformed, beyond redemption, etc., then you’re not doing yourself any favors. I’m not saying going the complete opposite route is healthy, ie “there’s nothing wrong with me, don’t fat shame me!” But you do have to strike that balance of self criticism and self appreciation. If you hate yourself, it’ll bleed into everything else you do and it’ll be hard to make friends or find a so. Sometimes you just have to fake it till you make it.

Many others in fact do and have felt like you did. Statistically it’s almost 0 that no one you know doesn’t feel or at one point felt like you did. Almost no one feels “normal.” I’d be very surprised if no one whose said that to you weren’t in the same or similar situation once. Unfortunately, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. Hopefully, you figure it out one day and you can laugh at who you were.

That last part really needs to start being addressed. While some of the cases of hybristophilia are genuinely people who don't think the person actually did the crime, or that they can "fix them", a good chunk of these people are psychos themselves who basically want a human attack dog they can sic on people who pissed them off, and someone who they can commit crimes with à la Bonnie and Clyde.
