Yeah I noticed this too. Maybe Roboco has the silent but more dedicated fanbase? But those people would've already been subscribed to her though. Pretty weird. I just feel bad for Flare cause she's been going at it for 5 hours now.

Edit: She's had 599,100 scrolling on top for quite a while now, but it looks like she just hit 600K after I posted.
Roboco started at 595K, Flare started at 592K, so Flare has been gaining a bit faster, though not as much as I'd have guessed from the difference in viewership. Everyone viewing is probably already subbed so it's not an exact correlation, but still.

Dude flare is probably used to this by now you know. She did a a 6Hrs+ karaoke stream back when she tries to hit 500k milestone. And you should consider that most hololive sub growth is slowing down .
Edit: its kinda hard to feel bad for flare since she is doing extremely well.

The more I looked into this and how it happened in the first place, the more I ended up eating my own words. It's not only that there were a small but not-insignificantly quiet portion of viewers that were requesting that HoloID speak Bahasa more, but that these same people were directly spamming management with demands to set regularly scheduled timeslots (with daytime programs) like you would with variety television. So Risu and Moona directly reaching out to their fans is mostly just to get those folks to shut up and confirm to everyone involved that this is crock.
The former has already confirmed that she's willing to give the idea a try as voted by her viewers, but I imagine that after one week is done with no change to viewership, the subject will be quietly dropped.

So a lot of the Hololive Members have been playing that Super Bomberman R Online game the past 2 days. Which is published by the shitstain that is Konami. But, if they actually get permission to play other games by them that would be an almost equally big repertoire of games opening up to them as Capcom.
Not getting my hopes up since it's Konami, but if someone were to tell me 2 months ago that Capcom was going to give Hololive a blank cheque to play any game they want, I would have probably told them to stop talking shit.
