Looks like pectus excavatum, but I'm no doctor. Hilariously, it's much more common in males. Like, 3 to 5 times more common.

Can confirm it's PE, as a male with it as well. Breasts will just make it even more insane looking. Only way to correct it is for them to break each of your ribs individually & reshape your chest or they stick a bar under your breast bone & pop it back out. It's really expensive, painful & has a high failure rate. So just the kind of surgery a tranny would be into.
