This actually makes a lot of sense to me. Anisa has talked about how she hates being objectified and sexual attention in general before on stream. She only started the Onlyfans because it was a) trendy and b) she wanted fast cash, so Anisa getting the tattoos as rapid-fire as she has post-Onlyfans makes a lot of sense when you think about it as a way of covering herself up.
