I mean I dont think Chance has the ability to drive a car, because he is scared of "bombs" underneath his grandma's car, his size and his mental capabilities, so its not like he is going anywhere. Also in 2015 he did file a police on a guy who pushed him against a wall, so he is a coward.

On the other hand he did strangle his grandmother in 2012 (Chance said he blacked out). And his brother would call the cops on Chance for getting into fights with his grandmother.
