I sure hope Leonard pops on sometime today or tomorrow before his court date because for all we know it might be the last time we see him. And I know this is optimistic as hell but I so want to believe he's been printing every page of this thread and keeping them as 'evidence' to hand to the judge to read; 700+ pages of shit, all stapled and kept in manilla folders, footnote tabs sticking out, jelly stains smattered here and there...

Don't get too optimistic. It's just a hearing, not the actual trial.
That being said, if Len has the mother of all spazouts and tries to hand this thread in as evidence to the judge tomorrow, well let's just say that certain activities and actions can accelerate the legal process.

It doesn't matter to me at this point. I still think he's becoming prematurely senile even at that age, combined with his autism and other conditions that he has. Knowing his real age just makes all this shit even more embarrassing for him.

That's what I was talking about. He's gonna try to pass off some dumb shit as important, the Judge is going to bitchslap him for wasting time and he's probably going to lose it there. I'm sure he's got plenty of falsified documents that when checked for validity he'll be shitting his drawers when the judge reams him over them. I'm pretty sure the judge won't give two shits about trolls on the net but presenting the 'evidence' of the doxxing he's been doing will come right back to bite him in his ass.

They probably won't even get to that point. To introduce anything into evidence, you need to establish a foundation for it. Authenticity is part of that, but so is relevance. That is, what about this case does this show?
So the magistrate's question is really going to be what the fuck does this have to do with anything?
Trespassing is a really simple kind of case. Where's the property line and where was the defendant, and were they legally there? If it's defiant trespassing, then it's were they on notice as to the fact they shouldn't have been there? We've seen a letter telling him to stay the fuck away.
I don't know for sure what the endangerment charges are about, but what's relevant would still be pretty simple. What did the defendant do, did it cause an unreasonable danger to others, and who were those people?
This kind of issue is pretty routine in trespassing cases coming out of some sort of protest or demonstration. Someone gets charged with trespassing and then they want to bring in all kinds of evidence about the owner of the property. They're usually pretty disappointed to find out "But they're EVIL!" is not a defense in a trespassing case.
If the judge notices anything about this other than the defendant is a tard, it'll be that he's making hostile, aggressive comments about the actual victims in the case, and stubbornly insists he's completely in the right, and that'll just piss him off.

As much as we all hope for a (pun intended) train wreck in court, this is just a prelim, Len probably won't even get a chance to speak, if he does, the Judge is going to rightly pin him as an overgrown manchild (they've seen it all at this point) and probably just ignore him, his lawyer will either waive it or maybe ask one or two perfunctory questions, a new court date will be set, probably late this year, and Len goes home convinced he won because he isn't in jail and smugly rubs that in everyone's face, and nothing will be learned by him, yet again.

I won't lie, but as unlikely as it is, I remember reading about how Len was going to defend himself in court. I realize that he's probably not that stupid and that, even if he wanted to represent himself, someone probably forced him with a public defender for both ease and sanity, but I just want to hear that, tomorrow, Len is confirmed to represent himself. It would be the perfectly start to the Len Court Saga.

He claims he's representing himself. You can't just shut up the defense "lawyer" even if they're a tard, so he'll have some opportunity to fail to respond to things in a normal way.
The court will probably advise him to seek counsel, inform him of the availability of court-appointed counsel, and offer an opportunity to to do so (a continuance).
It's really up to Lenny what happens at that point.
They won't let him waste enormous amounts of time without doing whatever is possible to move things along, but if he doesn't take the hint, he could end up in trouble.
Like those scenes where he picks on a kid but calms down when a big adult grabs him by the shoulders and shoves him against a wall, or clocks him in the head with a lantern, he may be smart enough to calm the fuck down at that point, but who knows?

The day Lenny lost his teeth.
One day Lenny was at the New Hope & Ivyland RR being the foamer he is.
As Lenny was attempting to get video of the train there was a guy doing work with a backhoe, guess Len boy was getting mad about the noise and the fact the guy kept driving the backhoe around "messing" up Lenny`s video.
So .......acting in Len boy`s Infinite stupidity.......he decides to confront the guy from the backhoe.........the backhoe guy takes a good swing and clocks Lenny and Lenny ends up leaving that day minus a few teeth.
