Rather than meaning dealing with actual corruption such as gang collusion, drug kickbacks, and violent interrogation, it's about making it impossible for law enforcement to use force against unruly nogs, and only nogs. I work in the corporate world. Corporate buzzwords have their own peculiar lifespan, approaching that of a lingering seasonal flu.

The term du jour right now is "cadence". "Hey Bill, what kind of cadence do we want for these meetings?" Cops (overwhelmingly male whites with an interest in peace and order) resign/relocate rather than face prison terms for doing their job. Not white people's fault.
Incompetent diversity hires with bullshit feelgood roles get given a vest, a handgun and a pat on the back. Not white people's fault.
Daunte Wright was a criminal with outstanding warrants. Not white people's fault.
Daunte Wright decided to visibly flout the law. Not white people's fault.
Daunte Wright attempted to resist arrest and flee. Not white people's fault.

Cops aren't there to make criminals feel like they're being licked into submission by a truckload of cute puppies.
They're there to stop criminals, ensure peace, and use violence as needed to ensure that law-abiding people can go about their business unharmed.
