The battery causing resulting in substantial physical harm is pretty accurate. The dude was on a fucking ventilator. Burglary would really depend on whether he entered the property intending to commit a crime. Just entering and then an altercation happening doesn't count.

Really to simplify it, this Las Vegas firm soliciting clients has a plain English definition.

  1. An individual entered into any area, such as a home, apartment, room, business, structure or vehicle;
  2. At the time of entry the individual had the intent to commit larceny, to commit grand larceny, to commit assault, to commit battery, to obtain money or property by false pretenses, or to commit any other felony.
It is important to note that in the State of Nevada, a prosecutor does not have to prove that the accused committed any crime while inside the location. As the law states, “the crime is complete upon entry.” This means that the crime is the entry with the intent to commit a crime. In order to be charged with burglary, all the prosecutor has to do is state that an individual had the criminal intent to commit a crime, at the time he or she entered the location. In addition, a person can be charged with burglary even if a forced entry does not occur.

So he had to have the criminal intent at the time he entered, and if he entered with that intent, forced or not, it is burglary even if he never commits the crime. And if he entered and then later committed a crime, but didn't enter with that intent, it isn't, but he's obviously still on the hook for that crime.

The one that strikes me as flat out bogus is the attempted murder charge. The guy was unconscious. If Dope wanted to kill the fucker he easily could have done so, but he stopped once he'd really fucked the guy's shit up. So they're probably trying to use this massive overcharge to get him to plead to the actual battery charge.

Unless he did something insanely stupid like actually tell the cops "Yeah I went there to kill that mother."

Lip district is a fucking retard and dragged an already unconscious Aldy off the RV, smashing his head around and off the concrete in the process and then didn't immediately call for emergency services hence attempted murder. Definitely seems a bit of a reach though and I'd imagine it will be pled down if possible. Also I don't really remember too well but the burglary is because they ran his pockets after I think. All in all Lip District is a dumb nigger

@shawnphase is butthurt and says he's not posting on the thread any more but he said in a DM that it also could be about the time he went to that hotel room and stole $400 from the dude, which set off this whole feud. I suppose that's possible but I don't know they're going back that far and if he entered the RV intending to beat the shit out of Aldy, that's also burglary, so it would seem to make more sense for there to be two counts.

If we ever see the amended complaint we would know.

I watched a little of it starting before they got on the bus. Speedy was being kinda annoying and lame. All they did was shout nigger and argue about who has more streamers. Even though that’s what they do about 95% of the time, this time it was about 99%. The bus ride was a little better. They were drinking on the bus playing keemstar nigger songs full volume. I think what triggered Attila is people kept spamming that the cops have been called and you are going to jail. Attila said he can’t go back to jail, Speedy said he didn’t care and was mocking him for being scared to go to jail. Then they got off the bus and argued about streamers and yelled nigger a bunch and went opposite ways.

All in all it was quite shitty.

All three of the biggest "Content Spray" streamers are now getting fucked by the legal system and facing years in jail when just a few months ago they were macing random people on the streets then laughing about it.
