This is for a VERY simple reason

Prior to the Twitch ban, he rarely contributed directly to Phil, but did so through Twitch. This allowed him to use stolen CC to gift subs and hide his real cc info from Phil. Now he can't do that any longer because it would reveal him being a supremely mentally ill and deranged individual (superhound) and he's resorting to small tips that he can afford in his own name.
