That they legit want to oust them. The RINOs for the longest time have BEEN the establishment. Ousting them means a full revolution has occurred within the Republican party.
Now, merely getting rid of the heads won't be enough. But it signals any RINO will now be open game to remove, no more protecting them. And thus would begin a series of electoral wars where they are under assault. In that case, it depends on whether this "New Republican Movement" so to speak actually has support on the ground, as they'd need to convince people to vote out the State level Republicans. hence why I said it would be interesting.
Ousting Cheney doesn't magically change the whole party, but it signals hard where they intend to try to go.

Fishing rights. The French are ass-mad they need to ask the Brits for permission to fish in British waters now that the UK has finally Brexited, and instead of realizing "Oh shit, the UK is actually a sovereign country now", they're doing the typical Continental thing and making unreasonable demands they have no ability to do anything about should they be refused.
