Phil finally mentions that the earlier stream was very supportive, and it seems like it's continuing tonight!
Phil delays on putting it up, and the forgets to verify it. When he finally does, he again makes it a point to say he doesn't know who it is and they're hiding their identity.
Sure didn't seem genuinely surprised on this one.

Someone baited Phil into applauding Tevin for having 1000 subs. Phil congratulates him and quickly says that it is an accomplishment, Phil knows, he was there himself.
Phil challenged him to do this, you see. He said "Hey sir", and suggested Tevin stopped making toxic content.
He's not going to have sour grapes that Tevin insulted him and his family.
But he asks that if Tevin is still doing toxic stuff, like using emotes of people that used to be associated with Phil, then he should stop that.
This is some wild passive aggressive speech.

I'm starting to wonder if he secretly enjoys comments from the peanut gallery that give him an opportunity to stop doing what he hates the most; playing video games. Even if only just for a moment.

It's probably just that he's a grown up baby more than anything though, who like spoony can't stand being told what to do, even if it were to his own benefit.

I'm preaching to the choir, but see how much trouble DSP gets into by lying? If he had said "Paypal shows a lot of stuff. Limit your info" not only would he have gained paypig trust but he would have been a visionary when the stuff trended on Twitter.

He's formulated this soapbox mentality that he can talk shit to anyone that dare criticises him or anyone in his stream (in order to make himself feel good with the latter, not that he actually cares about what other people feel about him at this point) and degrades them to make them feel like a complete stuhpid morahn by even saying that statement in the first place. I also feel that he does it because he knows that not only do people in his chat constantly shit on him, his gameplay, and any statements that he makes but also because he knows that people in his chat will do it to others as well if they see the gout lord spout toxic shit and it gives people in his chat free reign to do the exact same, it's a free pass and even breaks his own rules really (his mods are like battered abused slaves, so they won't call him out on anything like that really, they never did in his "completely private" mod discord, they only seemed to questioned bans/unbans amongst each other, never opposing Phil really).

It's an incredibly toxic and derogatory environment for someone who doesn't really know how Phil behaves or does not realise how thin skinned Phil actually is.

A normal level headed sound individual will not partake in what he does and stop the stream to specifically berate someone, even if what they say might be from someone naïve or uninformed about Phil and his demeanour.

Phil just finished saying that he doesn't know what he is going to do in the future. But Phil is now saying he is staying on Twitch for his community. If this were just about money, he'd be on YT already. He knows he is making less. He just wants good streams with his community, then he worries about the money after that.
Boy these stories seem to be changing at an alarming pace, Philip.

EDIT: Phil's interpretation of the email from Twitch that told him he was terminated was that they meant 'per the terms of the agreement that says we can terminate you whenever, we're doing that'. Anyone who interprets that otherwise is an idiot.
Phil is also stating that he should have a warning. He said the worst he ever got was a 3 day suspension that they lifted early, and it was for a ToS violation, not his partner agreement.
Note the lie here: The suspension was indefinite, it got reduced to 3 days, and then they allowed him to come back even earlier than that. His partner manager talked it down.
