I think the very fact that they just tossed the alpacas' food onto the floor in one of the pictures taken (with one individual alpaca lying on top of the hay) shows that they don't know what they're doing. It also doesn't help that they've packed most of the alpacas into a single ramshackle building, with no regard to how much space they'd need. While such don't prove physical abuse, they do show that the men of the tranch are more concerned with their personal pride than actually caring for the beasts they own.
Criminal negligence is a charge for a reason. Just because you don’t know how to care for something doesn’t make you immune from consequences

If you guys have enough evidence you can contact the sheriff and report them.
I really doubt the Sheriff would care. Not because they're defending the Tranch, or because they're shit, but because odds are they don't give a fuck what a bunch of random folks from outside the community care. If it comes from a trusted member of the community, they'll probably do something, but they're just gonna spam bin any internet crusaders trying to ree over their controversial neighbors.

I'm willing to bet the men of the tranch will be the ones to make the first move that eventually results in their being outed from the community. They've already packed a certain amount of gunpowder into the metaphorical keg, so it's only a matter of time until it's set and the fuse is lit. What lights the fuse, though, I don't know. Probably attempted murder, from someone inadvertently walking onto their property or even driving too close.

I'm going to agree that probably a tragic, easily preventable firearms accident would be likely, or animal cruelty so egregious that the neighbors involve the authorities. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

What do they do with the dead alpaca? They're too skinny to eat. Throw them into a pit? Stack them inside the barn?

Honestly probably just burn them. It’s the easiest way for them. Or they leave the carcass for the wild animals

They don't seem savvy enough to use the carcasses for anything much. In all likelihood they take them out to a deserted corner of the property and either bury them in a pit or leave them for carrion. Though probably not for very long, as doing so might attract something far deadlier than your local Nazi militiaman.

Leaving them to rot in the sun is something that (I would think) would get them in trouble with the local authorities. There's no trees or hills or even solid fences where they could leave carcasses without it being in full view of their neighbors or the road.

It's all just transphobic nonsense. No way we could ever be assholes.
Lol, its not ignorance, its intentional. They can only make up earls for so long before people stop believing them. But its far easier to take someone retaliating for you being an asshole out of context into a retaliation over X social justice action, and then use that as proof that all your other ridiculous claims of prejudice are legit, and therefor you're totally oppressed and need griftbucks.

Manufacturing their own hate to sustain the culture has been the lefts jam for a decade now. They're not all so fucking insufferable by chance, believe me.

Ah. Using our day of independence as a means of pushing a bastardized idea of equality will likely rustle the right feathers. But I doubt any of the men of the tranch will take the time to reflect on why they're hated.
How can a troon reflect if seeing their own face makes them want to commit an hero?

They've said before that they give dead alpacas to some wolf sanctuary.

Also, they say the sheriff has come out once before about the animals, but gave them an all-clear. I would assume that to be true, as from what we've seen there is nothing that calls for the animals to be taken away. That is a high bar to clear, and being overstocked and poorly cared for doesn't rise to it.

So the alpacas with linger on.
