I wondered this too.
Maybe she pushes for them so heavily behind the scenes? We know for a fact that Pekora had some kind of idea pushed back by management (Astel too but it'll be a cold day in hell before Cover give them some budget and care) but it's difficult to know what she was asking for and where their limits are etc.
Opinion, obviously, which is a shit metric.
I guess it's a combination of how she's cute, has a bunch of her own songs, enjoys the stage, and actually does reasonably well on it.

By the way, I checked the archive for Botan's meme review, and the russian guys are saying that the antis' bots used russian excerpts to spam, so the mods have no choice but to block any russian comments during the stream which explain their relative absence

Isn't she one of the 2(her and fubuki) hololive that made hololive survive early on she is basically their top streamer and top SC earner before the rise of pekora and rushia/coco. She was extremely popular with Chinese aswell.

The best part is that the Reddit hugbox is forced to abide by their own rules and never talk about Members Stream content too.
One of them dropping a slur on stream was a matter of when and not if but I'm still kind of shocked it wasn't Calli.

First it was her family, and now they’re impersonating her? I wonder if these people have any hobbies other than role playing as a kid. I thought it wasn’t Gura, as I said before, but the reason I posted it is because I knew some fans of her would go on there and think it’s her. Which is probably the reason why they let whoever runs that say weird socially inept shit. If this continues, seyop has a lawsuit on his/her hands, would be an interesting freak out. Maybe venti was right about some fans.

From the clip posted earlier, she took it in stride, joking that she'll be cancelled. I don't believe anything serious will happen to her but she will probably check song lyrics before she sings them, which may be best so Youtube doesn't kill her for a third time.

TBH, I thought they would pick "Fly me to the moon" or something equivalent in order to show off each other vocal control. Then I remember Ame can't do too high or too low songs. I guess Country Road is a compromise especially afterr Ame showed off how better she was at singing lately.
I don't really want to engage in political discussion since it's pretty much a killjoy and people only want to hear what they believe in anyway. There are no western countries that is truly considered multiethnic besides the US.
You can be White Americans, Black Americans, Asian Americans, Latino Americans, etc. since the country is so young with melting pot culture. Other western countries that had been around for millennia will either "you are us or not us". For example, you either French or non-French, German or non-German and it gets worst the more you move East with the extreme example is Russia and the Caucasus countries. Heck, even China's relentlessly kicked out Africans who live and work in China out of their dwelling during the pandemic, and just look at how movies poster over there vs the west you will see how what the US perceive racism is just everyday life over there.
That's my 2 cents. I'll take a 3x3 animal-style borgar.
