Clashes between Jews and Palestinians in Jerusalem. Israel now invading Gaza according to (Questionable) Reports - If your thoughts are "I don't like either" you don't need to fucking post because it's been said 100 times you fucking dullard

What is the importance of tel aviv to Israel? is there a religious landmark or significance there?
It is their biggest and most economically prosperous city, and their major port. It's the silicon valley of the eastern hemisphere, tons of high value tech and financial industry. It has no historical significance, it is a relatively new settlement the jews created at the turn of the 20th century.

All in jew speak but here are their faces.

Just a quick little update: I made the mistake of accidentally clicking on the Trending page for Twitter, and HOLY SHEEIT, our favorite Swedish Climate Loli is getting absolutely eviscerated in the comments for her neutral fencesitting tweet from yesterday. She'll probably suffer the same fate as Yang and get dumped by the SocJus Reddit hivemind.
hang yourself v tuber faggot

>every country got rid of the jews at least once
>except for the arabs
Uhh, muslimskeks? Care to explain?
Historically Muslims tolerated the jews more than Christians for a very long time, the Muslims wars against Israel changed that although things might be changing since some countries seems to have relaxed their opinions on Israel

This but unironically. The frontier built a peculiar culture in Americans. No one else loves violence like us, even if they are just as violent. Generations of our ancestors were born with a rifle in their hands shootin varmints n redskins. That's why were so good at it. Plus we've all got a little bit of nigger chimpout blood. Yeehaw.
This and the fact you only got two wars in the US that you started.

It may have ideological significance in that it is named after the utopian city in Theodore Herzl's "Old New Land", one of his key works, but it's entirely modern and did not exist prior to the first Aliyah. Tel Aviv did expand to now incorperate parts of the historical area of the city of Jaffa, featuring in some biblical stories such as that of Jonah, but no monuments such as tombs of great martyrs, special mosques/synagogues/churches or the like.

It also has significance in modern culture in that Tel Aviv was concieved right from the start as a high tech paradise; a model that the rest of Israel and the rest of the world would want to emulate using Herzel's Tel Aviv as the ideal..

Most of Israel's tech companies and a large portion of its political establishment also reside or resided there for a considerable amount of time.

There's no supernatural significance around it, which in itself is rather unique for the region.
