Isn't it amazing how wild the 2020s are shaping up to be? When the 2010s were ending I asked the question of what would have to happen in the 2020s to make me miss the 2010s and I think I also said it'd basically have to be apocalyptic to be worse than the 2010s and well, here we are.
But here's the weird thing, I feel weirdly happy about this, because the 2020s are at least shaping up to be more interesting than the 2010s, the thing about the 2010s is they were just so fucking boring, listening to people whine about "muh feminism" and "muh black lives matter" was literally the most BORING shit ever.
World War 3 is going to be a hell of a lot less boring, I think back to the vibe there was in the "post 9/11 era", you knew it was some real shit, it was weirdly exciting in a way, meanwhile in the 2010s all the shit people whined about was entirely fucking pointless, please tell me what serious problems faced women circa 2009 in the US that made all the feminism of the 2010s really needed, it was all just people showing their asses because they were bored and craved attention, whatever problems SJWs whined about was only because of things they themselves did and caused, there was only a resurgence in racism and sexism because women and minorities chose to act like fucking assholes.
Now all these assholes are going to have real shit to worry about, they'll be crying like fucking babies if the bombs really are about to drop and it'll be fucking hilarious, I just take stride in the fact that they won't get the America they want either if push comes to shove.
I just had to sit and watch for the last decade as everything that was cool was systemically drained out of American society and culture, I'm pretty fucking burned out, bitter, cynical and raw about it, let it fucking burn I say.
