Jokes aside tho i know epilepsy can be difficult to live with/work with for some people, but there's definitely been an increase in the amount of people I've seen calling it some form of disability lately.

In the UK we have mandated mask wearing like many other places rn, that is unless you are except due to a medical condition. But there is no classification for what medical conditions mean you can't wear a mask, and ive seen people now wearing little badges saying "I'm mask exempt (insert disability here)!" a lot more lately, including epilepsy a few times. It's painfully obvious most of these people just don't want to wear a mask, but they're using the disabled card to skirt around the laws and it's kinda frustrating to see tbh. Like, your epilepsy doesn't stop you from wearing a mask in a shop for 10 minutes. If you were asthmatic or had COPD, I would understand. If you had autism I would even understand. But epilepsy? Seriously? The same people will also complain they can't go have a drink at a pub, forgetting alcohol lowers your seizure threshold and outs you at more risk than wearing a mask for a little bit would.

It's the same feeling I get with people online who will use whatever card they can to get pity/oppression points. It's highly likely this dude's epilepsy doesn't completely run his life, but if he says he's disabled he looks like a victim online and it makes him feel better about himself. Lou wants to do the same, but unfortunately for him diabetes doesn't even come close to epilepsy.

Hell, I'd have more sympathy if his complaints were health related. It sucks to feel sick no matter how well off you are. His diabetes doesn't make an actual impact on his day though despite constantly insulting it with his poor diet. The biggest hurdle he has brought up is getting sugar free sauce. This is one of the biggest reasons imo that his disability claims are bullshit, besides already knowing a few things about diabetes. He never experiences pain, discomfort, fatigue etc that he has to work to alleviate. He's just fine, same as he's always been. He's fine, and he has everything he wants and will continue to get everything he wants in the future and has the balls to claim his life is objectively terrible. Any of his actually suffering trans friends would gladly trade lives.

To Lou's recollection, the focus here is transportation issues, but in reality, there was tardrage. In reality, Lou is a large, unkempt, adult male, and that gives credence to even empty threats.

I think Lou's life sounds awful. Spending all day every day in that stuffy little bedroom, no friends, unhealthy relationship with his family, eating nothing but spaghetti, sloppy joes, and prepackaged Dollar General corn dogs. No social life outside the Internet, where he pretends to be a woman and spends all his time chatting on Discord with other fat hairy men who pretend to be women online. Constantly feeling sorry for himself and whining on Twitter so others will feel sorry for him too. Constantly starting dumb political slapfights on Twitter because getting angry is the only way he can make himself feel anything anymore. Constantly getting kicked out of communities for his behavior and thinking that it's not his fault and that KF and Corust and Aark and all the others have randomly chosen to target him, an entirely innocent person, for harassment. Constantly buying new gadgets, changing his name, changing his fursona, each time thinking that maybe this will be the one that finally makes him happy. The existential despair he must feel after every single change when the euphoria wears off--it must happen quicker every time--and he's forced to confront the yawning abyss that is his life and the fact that he's once again failed to dig himself out of the hole he's made for himself. And worst of all, his life could be so much better if he'd hook himself up with a good therapist and the right SSRI, get a job, and try to make something of himself, yet he has no one who cares for him enough to make him do it.

I'm sure a lot of people in this thread have jobs they hate, bad situations, demons of their own to deal with, yet I don't think a single person here would choose to trade places with Lou.

I guaran-fucking-tee you that if Louie had never picked at that cut on his foot until it became a massive, infected Diabetic Ulcer that he finally had treated after months of letting it fester (and people warning him to get it checked by a doctor), he would still be an undiagnosed Diabetic and would be going along blissfully unaware of his condition, like he was this time last year. Instead of using his medical condition to play on people's sympathies and crying "disability" to justify his lazy joblessness, he would still be falling back on "transphobia" for his reasoning behind not having a job and insisting he will starve to death if no one will give him money. Literally the only thing that has changed since Louie got his diagnosis is that he's got some new excuses and guilt tripping tools in his grifting tackle box.
