I agree, it's a good grift for them because you can't check, but you can eventually look for proof. There are only about 60 disorders of sexual development in humans. If someone makes the claim of being "intersex" they should be able to back it up by saying which condition they actually have. It's like illness fakers - cancer isn't a feeling. There are ways to find out who's lying for attention.
And lying about having an intersex condition to back up the other lies you tell about yourself is just a scummy thing to do.

There's not. Troons will often lie about having an intersex condition when they don't. Kevin and the Tranchers don't have intersex conditions, they're just normal men. All their abnormal physical traits were self-inflicted.
