I'm just gonna say. As someone who has stepped into the squared circle a few times on an amateur basis, and taken bumps. The first thing I always prioritized learning was how to safely deliver moves to others. Learning to bump is good, but the other person can and will have input into how you come down. In a chokeslam, you want to look like you're throwing them down, sure. But you're really just letting them jump up and fall on their back with your hand following.View attachment 2174824

Also, a couple weeks ago on April 30 Jim tweeted and pinned the chokeslam from his wrestling match.

Earlier in the thread on April 26 Had posted this moment. If you take a closer look you'll see that the GIF in his post matches the GIF Jim tweeted. So it looks like Jim reads this thread.
Hi Jim. :)
He didn't grab her hip, something you'll see even Paul fucking Wight do, and that guy will lift you if he wants to. It's standard to help stabilize the person going up. It also helps in the dropping motion so that you can keep both your hands level and bring them down flat. You don't just shove your one hand down on their fucking throat and try to make them land neck first. This is why people like Wight would drop to their knees at times. It helped them maintain the level drop and let you land flat on your back. At this point Jim is likely more trained than I am. He's just fucking dangerous. I'd recommend no one actually get involved in doing moves with him if you value your health.
