India's nuclear deterrent is a joke and their delivery ability is questionable at best. If they pissed off Beijing enough I bet they'd be willing to take the chance.
I almost hope India and Pakistan make it a thing, because they're the only two nuclear "powers" who have enough nukeshit to show the world what a nuclear war would actually look like without actually destroying the entire world.
I feel like you could say the same for both countries.
France and the UK both have decent stockpiles and modern delivery systems but then they're basically the same block as America in this.
Thankfully the only people the French or the English will ever nuke are each other.
Palestinians tap into the anti-colonialist sentiments of the intersectional brigade and so are viewed as one of those groups that can do no wrong. Many of them do actively downplay the effects of the missiles and figure it's largely meaningless if a few go through, so fighting back is viewed as trying to get revenge.
