So I scroll through the new comments from the “the real thing” video and I agree with Jim, it’s fucked up knowing how these “people” think grooming kids is “good” and doesn’t realise it’s literally child abuse. Wtf is wrong with this world

Those are old comments that ticks me a lot, sorry to necro them - I wanted to reply a while back but I've been busy irl.

I know I'm almost too obsessed with this whole 'what would happen to troons in the future' deal that it might tires out others here. But it's probably the thing I'm worried the most about trans activism. I have had a few people in my life and I couldn't really stop them, all I could do is slowly distancing myself while they're becoming more and more insufferable to be around after they troon out... And even if I stopped from talking to my troon ex-friends, I still care about where would they be in the future? How would they cope if this thing falls apart?

Unlike any post-war counterculture, this troonacy thing is endorsed by the establishment and private sector. It can't be as easily ignored as a silly blunder teenage phases you go through... because being a troon requires institutions affirmation from medical procedures and recordkeeping built on tending tranny delusions, and legal procedures allowing you to change gender in your identifications. It's not something that can go away as if nothing happened because the one in charge has to get around rectifying it. The responsible would falls on doctors, lawyers, bureaucrats, organisations and everyone who's involved in this mess.

One possible scenario IF it happens to end. IMO, detrooners will get their 15 minute of fame at one point, to ask for pity, while pharma companies and surgeons will milk out the last drop of cash out of the ones who still want to chase the dragon, trying to hopelessly 'fix' their bodies. (That won't really fix anything anyway.) Then they'll fade out of public consciousness and become an embarrassing chapter in history.

But how would they be seen and treated by regular person? Would people who still remember the days of tyranny where you could get cancelled and even put in prison for questioning gender ideology now that many decided to launder themselves into another kind of 'sad victims' again? How would ex-troons even accept themselves knowing that they would live with the marks of transitioning because of a dumb decision they made as teenagers for the rest of their life. Especially at the time where you won't pass anymore as trans awareness activism made everyone

I'm not sure what would even be compared to troonism when it comes to having permanent and 'voluntary' body modifications that cause more harm than good in historical sense. I could think of foot-binding in China - but that was forced down. Perhaps you could compare it to religions that the priests castrated themselves like the followers of Cybele in Roman time. But instead of seeing it as a commitment to the Divine, our new god is our ego and a strive for discovering your 'true self'. A modern gnosticism. Maybe our future textbook might see it as an enforcement of gender norms in 20th-21st century that's justified with pseudoscience and the hubris of medical practitioners at the time just as we read about wacky Victorian era 'science'.

I don't think it's the right thread for all that discussion (because a lot posts here are just laughing at random people) but i think you are overstating the effects of detransition.

It's not actually that rare to see people desist/detransition, re-transition, re-desist. A lot of people in queer circles play the gender do-si-do and then either go back to their observed gender at birth or just bellyflop into nonbinarism (which means they are finally at peace with the idea of being misgendered all the time rather than half the time, i guess?)

I don't think it's that dramatic for them, depending how far along the transition path they went. Sure they can have obliterated a lot of secondary sex-characteristics along the way, have scars and stuff like that, but if they manage to digest what happened to them, how it made sense at the time... male pattern hairloss and frogvoice is forever but you can remove your sad moobs or laser the shit out of your beard and body hairs. People on this forum tend to get too hung-up on looks. There's worst things than being ugly (i wouldn't know, being hot and all, but i assume), and i guess it's not uncommon for transpeople to already be avoiding crowded pools and beachs.
Even if you sacrified your gonads, as far as lifelong cocktails of hormones go it probably makes more sense to take one closer to what your body would naturally produce.

The fact that transition isn't a life-destroying decision isn't a reason to validate everything about it of course. It's actually enlightening to see someone who used to throw tantrums about "not being considered a true male/female" just... quietly go back to not pretending to be one. "So, that was a complete lie, huh?" And i think we already have an exemple of an inmate who went MtF during his jailtime and just MtFtM'ed as soon as his sentence was done (i am too lazy to comb the terf interweb for some factchecking tho).
The fact is, transactivism like to pretend all transpeople have that deep inner truth that needs to be believed and prioritized over their bodies and socialisation, that being trans is a social condition that preceed other kinds of social hierarchies and needs to be protected because you are so much more vulnerable than any other categories... but you can hop off that train, it's not that hard.

Without power leveling too hard, I used to live in an area that was surrounded by homeless people. It was next to a known hotspot for drugs where dealers lived nearby and would congregate to and sling dope. Naturally, it was a powerful magnet for addicts and inevitably the homeless.

These weren't humble veterans down on their luck with their families scraping by the best they could, trying their best to take advantage of resources like shelters, programs, or food banks. These were scumbag lifelong addicts who would steal your watch and then try and help you find it, who'd set you up to get robbed if it meant scoring a single fix for them. Eventually I learned by experience that at least for the local homeless I'd see around, not to ever give them the benefit of the doubt or believe their sob stories for a second. After giving them that $5, you'd see them nodded off in the middle of traffic on your way home.

The same goes for the troons online who seem to all be reading from the same exact script when it comes to their evil parents/roommates kicking them out for painting their nails and how unless they immediately raise $15k they'll be on the street where they'll kill themselves. Every single troon sob story sounds identical, and many of these people are middle class+. Nope, I don't buy any of these anymore, nor will I ever. Troons are so transparent in their lies.

This one linked below is somewhat different, I guess it's for black tranny hookers and not just the two pictured, but I can't wrap my head around the $3,000,000 figure received in donations. Who the fuck sees the two AGP men pictured below, read about their lives as hookers in Atlanta, and think they deserve and will be responsible with $3 million dollars?

The amount of people i've seen tweeting this stupid petition back in 2020 is astounding...

Heres an example of how selfish and ignorant male trannies are.

man i feel like a woman (2).png

So instead of seeing all these examples of how the requirement of "femininity" in society has always been damaging to many women who don't fit that ideal, and working towards equality where women can have traditionally male traits and that's fine, (and vice versa for men), these larpers use this as a way to justify their own obsession with "femininity" by saying Hey look at this, cis women suffer from these societal cliches so lets reinforce them further to make ourselves feel better!

We've occasionally got trans related discussion here. And a lot of people have been engaged for it.

I think my question isn't about 'ugliness' or the effects of detransition anyway - In fact I feel like if transactivism ended and the legitimacy of trans identity as a concept died down, I actually see it to be more likely that 'gender-related' procedures and perhaps even further body modifications that hasn't got anything to do with identity will reigns and become a norm in society if you saw another post I made after this one. And I don't see it a 'bad' thing even, rather a reflection of changes in society...
I came from a country where a lot of gay men medically 'transitioned' and there's no gatekeeping. Yet they solidly believe that they're male with feminine expression rather than being being 'real woman'. They couldn't get their gender changed in their documents. And I feel like it this way.. it is actually more honest than the institutional drive to cleanly define 'man' and 'woman' and bureaucratic reality, or deciding that a certain norm or cosmetic procedure is a cure (trans vs other kind of body dysmorphia) of the industrialised and western countries. - And the latter is what I have problems with modern concept of transgenderism - it is a lie.

What matters to me is physical things. The actual reality of human bodies before it's labelled and perceived through words and cultural meaning. Regardless how to frame what it means to have this kind of body, you'll always have the same body.

I don't think the physical effects are 'dramatic' - but only that it is still 'new' for most people. (Just like how transgender people used to pass easier because there wasn't a lot of awareness) and I actually hope it won't be as much as a big deal anymore to have a mark on your body. My only issue is largely just how much pseudoscience, hypocrisy, and cult-like aggression is pushed in trans activism and gender ideology. It isn't just physical effect itself as much as how people frame it, I found that many detransitioners fail to accept themselves still and keep on acting like a narcissistic self-victimiser. And that comes across as rather ungrateful and distasteful - They asked for it to begin with. Maybe a lot of people who transitioned may have black-and-white thinking and believe that a certain gender must look in a certain way, and even if they realise that gender identity is a bunk, it doesn't stop the innate psychological issue that spawned that kind of thinking in the first place. It would be better of people are not pressured to look a certain way - but that's perhaps too idealistic.

Acceptance is one of the hardest thing for human to do. I could say a similar thing to ex-hambeasts who lost their weight and got so psychologically distressed about excess skin, then had it removed it but it also left them scars. Some might still find the scars unacceptable, BUT some would wear the excess skin, and does not see any problem in it. A lot of face transplant were offered to people who only have a slight disfigurement (just a voldermort slit-like nose and some facial scarring from burns, for example) - partly because the doctors want to test out 'a new tech', and the psychological aspect of the receiving side of wanting to be 'normal'. But it means they'll be put on immunosuppressant for the rest of their life. And what the hardest acceptance? accepting that you did something that you wish you haven't done it.

Felt like this was the most appropriate thread for this monstrosity.

Why does someone who's non binary need to start taking hormones? Do they think taking hormones will make them more androgynous? Because for women that's certainly not the case, they're probably all one weeks worth of not shaving away from being as androgynous as they'll ever get.

aaaaand he already has a diaper fetish, is a brony, calls himself a dyke, and obsesses over anime. w o w s u r p r i s e.

it's almost like he lives his paraphilias or something!!! 🤔 anyway she's true and valid because she feels she's a woman.
"But rather than worry about putting my cute little ass into big girl Pampers at work..."

The whole thing just reads like he's jerking off to a "I was forced to wear diapers by a Terf" fanfic

Yes, like peeing outside isn't an option. No. Only adult diapers and female restrooms are. Like even pee in the sink to assert dominance, fuck, anything but picturing the dude flipping my burgers is wearing a soggy diaper.

Classy move, Joshy-Boi, especially as his teenage kids have access to his Twitter account. I smell bullshit.

Typically his cretinous non-passing and tranny chasing followers are frantically rubbing their private parts in anticipation of Prior’s screen debut.

If it is true, and I do have my doubts, then I do hope he applied some strong Velcro to his slap head to keep his wig in place, while some Nubian bull tupped him up the shitter. Having your syrup fly off mid scene makes for an amusing outtake, but hardly helps the chasers with their vinegar strokes.
Still, it’s gainful employment, I guess.

Buhahaha everytime you see a straigh man and transitionning ftm/nonbinary it always end with a break up. The boyfriend is at least "fine" right now because she still has her pussy and tits but once she will get more facial hair, drop voice or even cut off the tits, the dude will go away.

Stabbing yourself with the wrong sex hormones is not a period nor is it the equivalent to one.

Also, the demand for not using the term "woman" does literally nothing but police language in this case. Using AFAB and other online trans lingo can confuse actual women who are unaware of its meaning and cause them to stop reading the tweet, believing it doesn't apply to them. But I guess protecting real women isn't as important as this guy's boner.
