Calli was likely chosen because she blends Japanese and English together, and Japan LOVES that shit so much they actually have a term called 'Decoration English', which is the philosophy that slapping any English on a product inherently makes that product more appealing.

So yeah, they could've made Sora or AZKi do it, especially considering Sora seems to be the 'core' of whatever this PV is promoting, but Calli had the numbers, the experience, the pull, and the Bilingualism any marketing team for an otaku-bait entertainment company will be looking for.

It is big deal. They plan this for a while.
Some history, it start when Flare collab with Sora. As she teach the Daisenpai about various thing, Sora said that she had a plan to build a Gen 0 house, but she only tell the plan to AZKi and Miko. Flare scold her to contact Suisei and RBC properly, calling the Gen 0 as Komi-syndromed.
Flare later collab with Suisei as she interview the Comet for position at Shiranui Kensetsu. She told Suisei that Sora want to collab with the entire gen. Suisei said she never heard of the plan, and scream for Sora to slide into her DM.
Later, Sora, Miko, and Suisei has sudden gorilla collab, which they build the ground floor of the house together, and confirm that the Gen 0 collab will happen soon. Fast forward to today. The first ever of its kind. Hopefully this lead to Gen 0 live concert like what Gen 1 is getting on the 28th this month.

Its existence in Japanese marketing precedes - and isn't limited to - the music industry. Shitty English is absolutely everywhere from items of clothing, to store names (one of which is literally called 'SPERM'), to company slogans, movie titles, textbooks, signs...the list practically covers every facet of everyday life.

I've never really dug deep into why or how this occurred, though I assume it has something to do with Post-WW2 Japan and the American influence.

More to the topic at hand, though, if Cover want to do a song that has both Japanese and English lyrics in it, and they have a Bilingual at their disposal, they're obviously going to trust her to pen those lyrics than practically anyone else in the company. Calli's musical output is also leaps and bounds ahead of even the music-focused members, with like 13 songs, 3 collaborations, and 1 Cover in her first 8 months.

Can't wait for their live concert in the near future. Also, Sora thinking of a proper name for their gen a few streams ago.

Any rrat on why onion is getting hate? 2 consecutive videos get over 1K downvote (though it's minuscule compare to upvote)

Onion will take break for mental health issues and probably radio silent for a while. Are those turds on bilibili mount an anti-campaign against her or what? I know she's quite big on Bilibili and those delusional kids thought she would be on their side (LMAO)

She got some hate from Taiwan Apex streamer faggots because she randomly got on the same team as him and perform poorly and leave the streamer to die when he push and she decide to fall back. Since then, her chat has been spammed (not to the extend of what Coco faced, but still noticeable.) Also, the "fan" and concernfag get salty that she stick with Apex climb despite them telling her she can stop, not caring that she really enjoy the game (but yes in a very harmful way, whatever). Also, I guess her actual anti found that she's metally weak now so they climb out of their hole to celebrate. All in all, I think it's nothing to do with West Taiwan this time, just a combination of FPS retards and toxic fans.

Interestingly while reading the comment section I found this comment by the uploader:
She has talked in the past about a big project she poured her heart and soul into for months, and was finally told it would unfortunately would never come to fruition. That was probably one of the big disappointments that let to her depression.

I hope this isn't the project the Marine has to front her money for because that would fuuucking suck. I wonder what stopped this project? If it wasn't gonna be a go they should've told her so before Marine put any effort into it. If this is true it seems like a massive incompetent and dick move from management.
