Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I don't see the strata giving him any info on other residents as it would open them up to a legal shitstorm were jonny to DOX or worse to anyone on the list.
Can members of the strata petition to have him removed? I mean this has to be affecting property values by this point.
Are there any links for reviews of his strata?
Maybe they can take up a collection to hire a hitman?

I wonder when will Yaniv reach Guinness World Record for having the most lawsuits against others.
This guy has a head start. except there's actually no such category, but in the US lots of potential contenders.

Big Boy Court needs Big Boy Bucks. Lodge a claim? Sure. Why not. Proceed to instructing a solicitor who would insist on the inclusion of a barrister to evaluate the merit of the action. Yaniv can’t handle the cost.
Also, a statement is only defamation if it's absolutely untrue. If there's any truth to it at all, it cannot, by legal definition, be defamation:
Among the six elements required for someone to successfully sue another for defamation is the requirement that the statement be false. If the statement is true, there is no liability and there can be no recovery.
According to common law the burden of proof relative to the truth or falsity of a statement is on the defendant. Truth is an absolute defense, but there are several considerations in determining the truth or falsity of a statement.
  • A statement does not have to be truthful down to every detail. A few inaccuracies still can lead to a statement that is true in substance. It also is important to note that while reasonable doubt applies before a jury, simple implication or a preponderance of the evidence is enough when considering a whether a person has been defamed.
  • If a statement alleges specific behavior or a specific crime that was committed by the Plaintiff, the statement is true and there is no liability. However, if the allegation is general, wording and implication become significant in determining truth. A person may not truthfully be accused of repetitive bad behavior if that behavior was engaged in only one time. Rutherford v. Paddock, 180 Mass. 289, 62 N.E. 381 (1902).
  • A statement is not considered truthful simply because another person said it. While it may be true that the statement was made by another, if the content of that statement is false, the person repeating it is liable, as well as the original publisher. Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. v. Robinson, 233 Ark. 168, 345 S.W.2d 34 (1961).
  • It is not enough for the defamer to believe that the content of a statement is true, although an honest mistake may be taken into consideration when determining fault as it relates to reckless disregard or negligence. Mathis v. Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc, 455 F.Supp. 406 (E.D.Pa. 1978).

Apart from the "Damsel in Defense/Distress" nonsense just how desirable does he think he is? It looks as though he was arming himself for the dozens upon dozens of rampant fiends lusting after him...his panic alarm wasn't enough.
It seems to be a common troon fantasy that all men suddenly want to violate 'her.' Brianna Wu "complains" about being catcalled all the time, Jake 'gnome' lawrence pretends that people who write about his nonsense are "chasing" him, Laura K Dale pretends that cab drivers want to kidnap her and do unspeakable things (until she escaped like a stuntman).

I don't know if it's all projection or what.

NEW TWEET

Jon boi is showing off his Supreme court lawsuit against the RCMP filed today:

Sorry, I'm thick but what is this?...a new filing/claim or just additional yanny waffle tagged on to one he has on the go?

It was filed today. I don't know if it is an addition to the last RCMP suit or of the court informed him he filed in the wrong court (he did) so he filed the big boy court lawsuit. It will be a day or two before it becomes available on CSO. Instead of paying, I will wait for Meowmix to disclose the docs.

Many thanks. Usually twitter/MMix pick up these things pdq but nothing showing atm.

Any chance you can archive his tweet(s)? I can't access his tweets otherwise I'd archive them.

Meanwhile, our hero has been taking some much needed R&R, time to clear his mind, body, and soul.

Which might explain his swimwear related tweet the day before. Strutting his stuff with his finely honed beach ready body.

He's really hurt himself, getting turfed from the BCHRT until he pays those fines. The other courts and tribunals have standards, mostly. Like "your claim should make sense" and "you should allege a tort happened." Human Rights Tribunal gives money for hurt feelings.

I wonder what those constables did. Were they the ones who arrested MY?
based on the 15 second video in thread for it they pulled the old broad's arms behind her back to handcuff her because she was resisting arrest and screaming like a moron after one or both of them assaulted the cops.

Well, at least they recorded her screams.

That's what you do with autistics.

Meowmix is good for keeping up on that, but I wish they were a bit less personal about it.

I mean He is an asshole and he deserves every speck of spite and hate he gets, but think how much more it would sting if Meowmix can say "You're being an asshole and I'm not."

I'm speaking purely about fucking with Yaniv psychologically; I don't actually care.
