Skitzocow Connor Murphy - Body Building Youtube Superstar turned Drugged Out Peepee Guru who Drinks Cum for the Health Benefits

He was always off. I remember someone did an AMA or something on reddit who went to high school with him a few years back. I can't find it, but I remember they said that he was really fucking awkward and basically had no friends. Who would have guessed that going on a drug-infused spiritual journey in sunny LA would result in such a mess?

Also, why is his instagram name Dr. H.C. Connor Murphy? LMAO. Wish I kept up with this guy more now.

Because he paid some money and got a sheet of paper in return which says so and obviously makes it legit. Instagram

Steroids, Protein powder, and a sense of "I could better than this" Usually does horrible things to someone with mental issues, and the added ultra chemicals don't help at all, and usually aggravate and enhance otherwise minor mental issues in a person.
Look it up, its kinda sad.
Also considering that he'd come off gear because of his hair loss, that probably contributed to some very serious feelings of inadequacy, coupled with physical strength loss probably meant his identity surrounding lifting and being a physical specimen drove him to do some weird shit.

And now that weird shit has sent him right off the deep end.

Even if they did check in on him, what difference would it have made? Mentally ill people (especially those with psychotic disorders) are the last to listen to advice. The only thing you can do is set clear boundaries and stick to them. Many parents fall into the codependency trap in which they enable their child's illness in an effort to be caring. I'm sure they love their son, and would do anything to make him well again. But one must, at some point, step back and take care of oneself too.

People do place an inhuman amount of expectation on the parents of disabled kids. They are human too, and there are limits to what can be done. Connor is an adult man. His psychosis seems to be mainly in the form of delusions. This means he can function relatively well. He's not a risk to anyone but himself. There's not much anybody can do, other than committing him permanently.

You’re replying to a bunch of shit I didn’t say nor imply. As soon as they asked him to get help and organised a place for him to go he did it. He literally drove there himself immediately. All I’m saying is they seemed to ignore the problem until it was too late. “inhuman amount of expectation” yeah thinking they should visit him once when he’s having a breakdown to make sure he’s OK is really too much and definitely beyond what any normal parent would think to do first. As for functioning well: the dude doxxed himself, his family, and gave away all his money. I really want to emphasise that giving away all your money is not functioning well, and he’d been doing it for a while before Jane was involved. He was letting strangers in his home for days on end. You’re also talking like Connor isn’t also doing an inhuman amount of drugs. This isn’t just mental illness, you have no idea what he’s like when he’s clean, and from his parents POV this is a drug issue too, more will be known after his stay at the psych ward.

Your comment would make more sense if this happened over a long period of time. Like his whole life. It didn’t, it’s been really bad for a while but this recent escalation happened around the start of this year.

Codependency, setting boundaries... they weren’t in the same state and Conor has been living alone for years. All I said was “check up on him” not invest days and weeks and months into trying to solve his issues by themselves by personally watching him all day every day. His sister also seems to not be taking it seriously, but that is just my opinion. I also said they only SEEM weird, because I don’t know the full story. You just wrote a fanfic about their situation though.

According to the website it's real. https://www.ladc-institute.com/menu/can-you-purchase-a-doctoral-degree/
I mean, once you're asked about how you got your doctorate, or once anyone looks into it, you're gonna look like a jackass...but honestly you can find a worse way to waste a hundred bucks.

Less money for ayahuasca at least. Always a silver lining.

Idk if anyone remembers Frank Yang but he's been on a very similar spiral to Connor. He is actually friends with Connor and I've seen him post about being happy for Connor's "Enlightenment" in the past. I wouldn't be surprised if Frank played a major role in the propagation of Connor's decline as a lot of what I'm seeing him saying sounds like the kind of stuff Frank has been saying for years now.

Frank has always been weird so it is a little less noticeable if you're familiar with him but he's started to speak more and more nonsense and he always has this really creepy grin (here, here, and here).

Frank + Connor:

I got around to checking out Frank. Wow. I've seen a lot of crazy, he might be the craziest. I felt like I was tripping watching this - and I still can't really describe how weird this video is. I'd have to listen to it a second time to write something out, and I need to detox first.

Beyond God-Realization (Thots On Leo Gura, Connor Murphy, And Jordan Peterson)

(Youtube link)

He's into non-duality and transcending color layers or some mumbo jumbo. The editing is just so bizarre like one second he's staring into the camera with that spaced-out look, next thing he's running shirtless in a field, or roaming with cattle, or it's some acid trip looking effect. You're right that his speech and mannerisms very closely resemble Connor's. Frank sounds, for lack of a better term, more put together or less manic at first glance. He compliments Connor (and Jordan Peterson lol) for being "enlightened" but is still in the "physical realm" and not willing to see past his own ego. The part about his ego might be correct, but I'm beginning to agree with @Shabba Hanx that Frank might have strongly influenced him. His idea of "detaching from reality" and becoming something less than nothingness could easily be construed as suicide, and Connor is making all of these (borderline) vague suicidal messages in this same vein

Frank denies knowing Connor, which is strange. It sounds like he wants to play nice with Connor but doesn't want to be associated with the negative image surrounding his mental state. The comment section in Frank's video is weirdly supportive and seems to believe he's an enlightened figure.

Also, if you're not watching the video because of it's length, I understand. But you need to know he refers to "enlightenment" as "Full-Natty State"
and I just thought that was pretty cool.

Because he paid some money and got a sheet of paper in return which says so and obviously makes it legit. Instagram
I can't believe he's parading around a fake diploma he received for donating to some org. I mean, I can believe it but it still hurts a little. He's clearly doing it is a political stunt because "modern medicine bad" but trying to critique the medical profession by saying, "Anyone can call themselves doctors these days" is cosmic autism.
Can Dr. H.C. Murphy medically prescribe cum for ailments?

Also what does the H. stand for? What's his real first name?
It means an honorary degree, thanks for unsmoothening my brain

Feels like every dude online now is getting there cock out for extra $. Hope Pewds doesn't go that way
You mean every dude who’s SM career is in descent gets his cock out, or at best ones who decide they better cash in as much as possible because they only get a small window of time before they are yesterday’s fad.

It’s similar to how actresses who stopped getting good acting role offers suddenly decided they were a-ok with showing their tits in a film after years of refusing. Desperate times call for desperate measures. (It’s also always a terrible ploy that eventually backfires.)

Completely agree. People are speaking about Conner as if he has suffered from schizophrenia/mental illness/whatever the fuck since childhood. It wasn’t that long ago that Conner was completely fine. He was something a lot of people aspired to be. He was cringe, yes. But the discipline it takes to be a body builder, run a successful internet brand/business, ect.... Conner wasn’t an mentally ill invalid since childhood. In-fact he had a lot of admirable traits. He was independent, wealthy, hard working, famous, and most importantly sane. The reason Conner is a nice cow to observe is because he went from somebody that a lot of people took motivation from on how to be a hard working good looking confident guy. To a really weird a fucked in the head schizo. And it wasn’t even THAT long ago that Conner was “sane” and put together. And yes, it’s completely shit that his parents (and honestly his friends too) didn’t notice their son rapidly devolving mental state. I would be interested in where exactly the turn took place. I know it was the drugs, but I wonder what circle of people he fell into that got him interested in such things cause they ruined his life. I’m only an idle observer in Conners online media presence. So I don’t care about him. But I do find it cruel that his parents/friends anybody that ever claimed to care about Conner didn’t help him before it was too late. Cause the person that use to be Conner is dead and gone now. Now he’s just a giant mentally ill meme machine for us to laugh at. I wonder what pieces of sanity the doctors can put together in the ward.

Yeah, and even what people are describing here as him being "off" and "weird" before drugs is such a far cry from what he's become. If being awkward in a young age meant eventually becoming a cum and piss-drinking, sanpakku-eyed psychotic freak with or without drugs, we'd all be posting from our padded cells while sipping from our cum chalices at this point.

By "functioning well" I only meant relative to those who have court-mandated medications and inpatient psychiatric treatment -- which is the only thing that would make a difference at this point. For schizophrenics, Connor is a tier above those who smear their shit on walls, cut off their own limbs, and populate the state hospitals, where they're kept on high dose antipsychotics and full-body restraints. The fact that Connor is still able to put a camera in front of himself and interact with others in a somewhat coherent fashion, means that he will likely be released from the hospital again. He may be put on mental health probation or some sort of outpatient program but it's a legal nightmare to commit someone who does not want treatment. Connor obviously thinks he is enlightened and not mentally ill. No doubt he will petition to be released, and the law requires doctors to heed his request unless he's an immediate danger to himself or others.

Doing drugs, throwing away money, and ruining his career are all things people have done without mental illness. His symptoms are severe, but I don't believe enough to get drug/mental health court involved. Obviously I don't have all his medical records and this is coonjecture and the fact that this is his second stay in a short amount of time could change things.

Something his family could do is get a lawyer and try to order a conservatorship so they could control his finances. However as people have said it seems they are more willing to watch his downfall from a distance.

By no means and I excusing his parents of any wrongdoing, and it was too little too late, but let's be real here: this was the most likely outcome even if they stepped in earlier.

Here's some information about involuntary psychiatric care and the sheer amount of red tape there is to keep someone committed without their consent.

Here are some videos that Connor uploaded shortly before he was committed. They're very interesting.

Four weeks ago Connor uploaded this video. It's probably the closest video that describes what you see when you lay down with your eyes closed and tripping on these kinds of drugs.

This next video was uploaded two weeks ago. It is Connor going through another breakdown on camera. It's less violent, but his mania is apparent throughout and he tries to play Coldplay's The Scientist on the violin and a red Easy Button. You can get a good view of his apartment in this video and it is filthy. I'm glad he had people help clean his house, because this is well over a month of hoarding.

This last one was uploaded last week, and it's only five seconds long. It describes pretty well where we're at in this story arc.

From my perusal, which is recent, his sanity was definitely off to the races after his first Ayushka trip about a year ago.

He had been struggling to remain relevant on YT by the end of 2019 after years of doing the same schtick on YT. Apparently he stopped using heavy amounts of gear sometime in 2019 to save his hair so suddenly he was struggling with losing that unnatural muscle bound peak physique that was part of his YT gimmick and sort defined him. His attempts at acting weren’t panning out after a few years in LA. Basically he knew needed to come up with some new gimmick or persona to keep his YT career going because it was quickly losing steam.

Then Covid hit and lockdown started. So suddenly Conner was stuck at home a lot couldn’t even go out in public to make new content, even less potential for acting gigs ever panning out and LA isn’t a cheap place to live so there was pressure to keep earning income and there were less opportunities to do so.

At this point the Ayahuasca came into play. I figure he was feeling pretty depressed, isolated and stressed about his life in general so becoming a “spiritual seeker” or investigating this drug that’s pretty hyped as the answer to all your problems was probably very appealing.

It didn’t work out too well for him.

I think he was probably dealing with some mental illness issues that he had pushed back, or masked, for several years by getting on the bodybuilding and YT fame treadmill. Once Covid put a screeching halt to the treadmill he was in trouble.

I’ve also noticed that a lot of people get smacked with mental illness in their mid-20’s. Once the sort of carefree years stop, the stresses of adulthood are in full effect and they have to start dealing with responsibilities and disappointments - the coping mechanisms aren’t there to help them adequately or appropriately deal with it and shit goes south fast.

I’d like to know when he first officially tried Ayahuasca. It seems to coincide with his first big breakdown, suicidal ideation and inpatient stay in spring 2020. He gives the impression that he had some shaman experience with Ayahuasca but I don’t think that’s the case. I think he just took some in his apartment alone or maybe with a friend. But I haven’t found any videos where he gives details about his initial experience with it - just vague shit.

Maybe someone who has followed him more closely can tell me when Ayahuasca came into play or he confirmed first using it. Unfortunately he’s deleted a lot and I’m having to base some the above on second hand accounts from ppl discussing shit he did but deleted. It seems like to me early or spring 2020 was his initial Ayahuasca and shit went off the rails FAST from there.

The even bigger problem is that when taking Ayahuasca didn’t help his mental issues, but instead made them far worse, his response was to use more Ayahuasca which snowballed all his problems in an epic fashion and at a break neck speed.

/fit/ and /lgbt/ are the worst boards in that regard. I can see a lot of young people developing very nasty mental issues after frequenting those places.

I find this Frank fellow interesting. He is no Connor - he is better. His thought process is much more clear than Connor and he connects things together - regardless of them being factual or not. Frank has cult leader potential where Connor does not.

Watch out for Frank. He's got potential.
