It may not be clear with what he is saying here in the tweets but the point he is trying to make from what I can gather is that teaching kids about certain aspects of sexuality is a safety issue. If someone touches them inappropriately (a family member for example) and they know people shouldn’t be doing that then they have the words to communicate this to an authority figure and can more easily report an abuser.
Children's Liberation has been a thing promoted by the UN and other NGO types since at least the late 1980s. There are groups out there talking about those sorts of things.
I have never heard of children's liberation besides liberation from warlords, child labour and human trafficking. Not sure where this nefarious UN agenda includes Drag Queen's story hour. Guess I'll have to do a quick google search and report back with my findings
