I heard the opposite. Obese women tend to have looser vaginas due to muscle elasticity from sedentary lifestyle as well as too much weight on the pelvic floor. The same sort of abuse can affect different bodies so much - you never know what weird genetic quirks predispose you to weak heart valves, increased clot formation, narrowed airways, etc. some people chug along abusing themselves for years and years...others do everything right and still die young of the sorts of diseases that take out the unhealthy.
