Jesus Christ how can someone live like that willingly? Imagine trying to navigate crowded public spaces, she'd be knocking people over with her ass and would have to squeeze through a lot of doors sideways, and if there's a turnstile or revolving door, forget it. Not even getting into how anything other than sitting or laying pretty much motionless is massive exertion, which if you were wearing a 400 lb mascot costume or some shit, you'd be tired too (goes double if your heart was also fat).
I am moderately impressed she vacuum packed herself into jeggings though, too bad there's no video from the deathfat to the megafats that details how much more oppressed they are because look at my 25 minute struggle, complete with sweat, tears, and grunts, trying to pull these fucking things on. It would be downright hysterical if her or another deathfat actually did it.

It always fascinates me that these folk who are supposedly in therapy pursuing weightloss surgery, still are so ignorant of the process. Stella believes WLS will stop her innate self-sabotage, because physically she won't be able to eat much. Well that's kind of true for the first year...the "honeymoon phase", but every kind of weightloss surgery can be eaten around. I'm not against WLS, and it very well could be the most appropriate way for her to move forward. I just don't understand anyone taking the WLS path without good emotional preparation, which unfortunately is rarely seen via youtube.
