It was in existence before that.
However, like "NPC", "triggered", and to some degree "incel", it got driven into the ground by mainstream libs calling anyone and everyone they don't like "karen".

In the early days of the coronapanic, it was used by both sides because there were karens on both sides (e.g. middle aged women screaming at wagies for making them wear masks and/or middle aged women reporting their neighbors for not wearing masks).
Then it got used to the ground and became meaningless, as all memes do once coopted by normies.

I heard an interesting idea the other day.

If it is proven China did make and release the Wuhan Flu..then what should be done to punish China is just absolving every debt that every other country owes to China.

They won't go with that. Admitting that the Americans were funding and controlling a Chinese lab's research and claiming they deliberately leaked it would be a massive loss of face for the CCP. Not that this isn't a possibility, we definitely don't have the full story yet.

The CCP dropped the bat soup theory very early on in the pandemic. They originally claimed that dirty infected foreign tourists or businessmen, probably Americans, brought it into Wuhan and spread it around to the innocent Chinamen. Now they're claiming the American military deliberately released it. Most Chinese 100% believe this.

The lab theory is now pretty much accepted fact. I don't believe the Chinese deliberately released it, they were no shit panicking and were scared shitless when the virus took off. The CCP is a lot of things but releasing a SARS virus on their own population would be insanely reckless. So either it was accidental or a foreign government actor is responsible.

I used to be active in this Metal club/community, and they're trying to plan a 20 year anniversary party for like August. A weekend full of binge drinking and barbecue and zero-fucks-given. Except everyone is apparently old af now and full on Branch Covidianism, so everyone concerned about catching a sniffle in mid summer even if almost everyone had their two holy communions.
Rock'n'Roll is dead. Chalk that up to the Coof statistics, too.

That would be great but it won't happen. China is the world's factory, throwing them into an economic collapse would send the entire planet into an economic collapse. The Chinese economy is more important that any other because that's where all the actual production is happening. Even if it becomes accepted that the Chinese are responsible for Covid, apart from some hand wringing and speechifying fuck all will be done.
