searched the name "Rachel Cherniack" on Twitter just to see if anything came up and found a little more verification of Rachel's identity. Found some of her friends replying to her current Twitter handle with her last name and using her old twitter handle, @rach_cherniack.

How is the Chaggotsphere so dumb as to just have easily identifying information all over the place and use the same handles for everything when they're trying to involve themselves in this mess?

Do we even know what state this took place in, maybe Maine? It would be a shame if someone contacted the local authorities and tipped them off to the fact that a child molester was roaming the streets eleven years ago

I'm pretty certain it wasn't Derek on the call. He's still in Maine, and Rachel is most likely in California or Arizona, and unlike Dylan, Derek doesn't seem completely retarded. I can't see him using Rachel's cell phone to call Null to make vague legal threats as opposed to just getting his real lawyer to file something through the proper channels, especially when very little of the thread has anything to do with him. He's also got a higher pitched voice and notable northeastern accent. You can hear it when he makes sounds like "or." More than likely it's Rachel's father.

For the record, the 805 area code is California's Central Coast. I was surprised that Rachel graduated from University of Redlands, since the main college in the 805 code is Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I double checked the phone-book map of area codes I have, and apparently a chunk of 805 extends as far south as Ventura County. In Los Angeles area codes have basically lost all meaning since only old boomers have landlines anymore and the area has been sliced and diced by AT&T with area codes for so long that the vast majority of people who have smartphones generally have random codes corresponding more to the location of the phone store where they bought their initial phone than actual physical location. Somebody needs to do a little weening and call that 310 number referenced in Null's full post on the other board and see what happens. If it's a real literal law firm I don't think they'll like being used in prank calls.

Rachel actually looked kinda cute before her life went in the shitter and the only job she could find was being a combo tard wrangler and cum dumpster for a narcissistic autist whose "occupation" is making a total fucktard of himself on teh internetz. I bet she took out shitloads of student loans and this is the only way she can make the payments. A lot of teen girls get into the college of their dreams and then are quickly forced to become "sugar babies" to pay the bills. Then the student loan payments arrive, they can't find a job as a critic of 19th century German art, and they resort to..."escorting". America has millions of educated young women who end up only having one "skill" that they can use to make money. Considering the shitloads of moolah the feds are throwing away on liberal arts educations for women who become whores anyway, it's criminal, or should be.
