I did some poking around the Farms and I did not see a thread about these exceptional victims which have been a favorite lolcow group of mine for a long time. This popular subgroup of extra special guinea pigs are in every major corner of the internet if you search for the right terms.
This thread is about MK Ultra/Monarch victims and how they document the victim experience.
Edit: This is not about the real, declassified brainwashing experiments using LSD which goes by the same name (Thanks @OBAMATRON: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_MKUltra),it's about what internet crazies call MK Ultra or Project Monarch which is a large, varied world of paranoid confirmation bias with its own community and language.
I'll answer the obvious questions and sprinkle my examples throughout:
What is MK Ultra? (...and will Sub Zero be in it?)
MK Ultra or Monarch is a supposed F.B.I or government program which has chips implanted in some specially selected human beings. Through these chips they can control any American human being "like switching a TV channel." These brainwaves are broadcast from:
Glossary

Disinformation/Disinformation Agents - Anybody or anything that tells you about how all of this isn't real.
Gang Stalking - The government won't let all this technology walk around unsupervised. Gang stalking is when they intentionally follow you around all the time, walk by your house, or even worse... drive slowly in front of your car:

Kittens - TIs who have been brought into the program to be sex slaves. These stories are common and are by far the most colorful.
MK Ultra/Monarch - The government program that made you such an interesting test subject. So interesting, in fact, that they just can't stop monitoring one of their most special snowflakes: You!
Perps - A derogatory term for the agents that are gang stalking you. It could also refer to the agent who is specifically assigned to your chip. Be sure to think "Hi!" to F.B.I.-sempai. Can alternatively be called "Butterflies." I'm serious.
TI - Targeted individual. One of the targets of the MK Ultra program.
It sounds unbelievable right? But how can you deny it in the face of this amazing evidence?!
Where can I find more victims like myself?
Imagine this: You ate the last of the cereal and your roommate yelled at you. But you didn't do it, you don't even like Cinnamon Life Cereal, the Monarch program was running a test on you! Where can you send your roommate so they can become educated in all this? The only place the government can't monitor: The internet!
