Take away the fake boobs etc which may have distracted you. Go look at some heavy metal rock stars from the 80s, ala Jon Bon Jovi and Sebastian Bach and David Lee Roth. See how this dude with long hair and eyeliner looks kinda like those dudes. They weren't even trying to be women, but they were still prettier than him. If this doesn't help you maybe update your glasses prescription

I really miss the days when the number one requirement of even being given the option of transitioning was that the shrinks had to think you'd pass convincingly, or at least, pass enough to the point where they think you'd blend in. They also had a height requirement, and I believe you had to be 6' or under, but preferably 5'11 at the tallest. You also had to try to live as the opposite sex for a year, before they'd sign off on HRT and surgeries.
I just hate how it is now, because now every time I see a tall woman, I have to take a double look and study her, because I'm trying to figure out if it's a woman or a troon. Usually only because the woman is unfortunately a bit masculine looking and they're usually not very pretty as well. Thankfully though, it only takes a few seconds for me to figure out it's a woman. Unless of course I hear them speak, then I immediately can tell, because honestly, except for Blaire White, male troons can never hide their male voice.

Watch them walk. Even the most passing, feminine looking, Thai ladyboy can't walk like a woman. MTFs either walk like a man, or do this over exaggerated hip sway to hide it. Female pelvis shapes are different and its one of the reasons women run less efficiently as well

Actual tell for well-passing ones with good voice are more things like hands or laugh. It's actually wild how something like an hand can be so expressive and without stereotyping women, even tall ones, do have smaller hands with softer knuckles. For most people, even if they don't have body hair or nail polish, if you just see a hand holding something you can guess the sex with a lot of accuracy.
Makes sense to me that some enbies and genderspecials fall under the trans umbrella somewhat. For the ones who cultivate a kind of androgyny. There's also this desire to deny once birth sex and/or a discrepancy between "gender presentation" and body. It's kind of non-sensical since nobody is 100% a walking gender stereotype, except real-tv candidates.
Of course now in the influencer realm you have very feminine women and unambiguously male dudes calling themselves nonbinary. Maybe they are born with it, maybe it's just a marketable niche.
