Hahaha what is this new crusade to legalize prostitution in Clark County? Russell, if the people who own the Strip wanted there to be hookers right there on the Strip*, then they'd legalize it. They obviously don't, they prefer to project a more family friendly image and keep the brothels in the next county. It's not a moral issue like it is in the more conservative Utah, Nevada and its county and city authorities have a pretty obvious business and tax based interest in helping Vegas bring in as many tourists as possible. It's just hilarious to me that Russ needs his hookers RIGHT HERE damn it. Or I guess he wants to be some kind of weird legal hero to... johns? The disabled? I think I've said before that he's totally unable to discern between two alike things. There's no difference between him and a well groomed man, they both got hair and a beard. The other guy is wearing an Armani suit but Russ also has a suit. It's all the same. Giving your hooker dollar store gifts is the same as giving her a diamond necklace, they're both gifts.
