Funny isn't it? We should listen to the experts...well, no we shouldn't because science isn't a religion - no matter how hard people want it to be, science is fluid. We always challenge and question and inquire, that is what has driven science, philosophy and just about every concept we know. One Branch COVIDian tactic I've seen lately is claiming that by being skeptical of The Narrative on the coof, you're saying you "know better than the experts" - when in reality, the "experts" are being driven by politics for power. Not to mention it doesn't necessarily take a college degree to see the real facts.
It's yet another example of gaslighting by the woke cult to grift people into believing The Narrative.
Yep, it's a modern day version of pod people. It's really hard to understand how they have become brainwashed and others haven't. Is it an IQ level thing, is it, fuck I just don't know. The worst part is? I've noticed this in more and more people. Who they were 2-3 years ago, no longer exists. Anybody else had a similar experience? [/ispoiler]
It's a fascinating sociological/psychological occurrence.Yep, it's a modern day version of pod people. It's really hard to understand how they have become brainwashed and others haven't. Is it an IQ level thing, is it, fuck I just don't know.
Does the AF stand for And Fat?

Isn't the cult mechanism the same, regardless of what the cult is? As in, being a christian, muslim, Man U fan, Disney dweeb or Harry potter nerd are all the same on the base level of psychology? No. Because people I know for a fact have quite high IQs fall for it as easily as average morons.
It’s a virus. Some are more vulnerable to it than others. Even high IQ individuals could possess other qualities that basically make them the equivalent of an 80-yo black woman with a 47 BMI, COPD, type II diabetes, and rickets getting COVID.
It is completely impenetrable to those not infected. I truly do not know what instills this natural resistance. The best I’ve been able to come up with is that I know I’m missing the religious faith gene or whatever. No religion has ever gotten past my “nah” meter. But perhaps for those persons in Western democracies with a strong need for religion being denied any healthy religious expression due to being infected with the idea that all Christian religions are uniquely patriarchal, terrible, and untrue, this is what happens to them. An approved religious faith! That all their friends are joining! That no one is allowed to say “no” to or criticize in any way! That encourages you to denounce friends and family and consider them suppressive persons if they attempt to interfere with the faith in any way!
So really same as any other cult.
Never mind that the “experts” keep changing their guidelines constantly. One Branch COVIDian tactic I've seen lately is claiming that by being skeptical of The Narrative on the coof, you're saying you "know better than the experts" - when in reality, the "experts" are being driven by politics for power. I've noticed it in a few people. Hell, I've noticed it in myself just a little bit, which is why I'm trying to limit my exposure to the internet in general. I want to say it's a result of the way that social media works, providing a constant stream of atomic information that reduces the mind's ability to form complex thoughts, but I don't have enough firm evidence to call it more than a hypothesis. This may be anecdotal but there was an old friend i hadn't seen for a few years and we recently met up after the lockdowns. She was still the same person physically but her personality had 'gone' (i don't know how to explain it). Talking to her was like scrolling through facebook or twitter. Like someone had removed what made her, 'her' and replaced it with talking points. I don't mean NPC meme talking points, just really, really, boring click-bait vegan shit. The worst part is? I've noticed this in more and more people. Who they were 2-3 years ago, no longer exists. Anybody else had a similar experience?
Brain fog has been a reported symptom, which implies that oxygen or nutrients to the brain might be restricted in some way, or possibly that it's causing some sort of dementia. Reduced mental capacity correlates strongly with increased suggestibility and a reduced ability to engage with and analyse new information. Again, only a hypothesis, as the evidence is essentially non-existent right now.Real tin-foil time, but my biggest fear, though thankfully least plausible outcome, of the virus/vaccines, is that it reduces ones mental immune system, more than it does the physical immune system.
This.No. Because people I know for a fact have quite high IQs fall for it as easily as average morons.

Dipshit, Fauci and Ferguson haven't laid their hands on this virus you fucking moron.Yeah the experts suck I agree but the alternative experts who have not laid hand on the virus in a lab setting like you also suck.
One does not have to be a trained meteorologist to look out and see that it is raining.you're saying you "know better than the experts"
I've seen it too. I blame people being shut in with their nose in their phone all day. Humans aren't meant to live like that. She was still the same person physically but her personality had 'gone' (i don't know how to explain it). Talking to her was like scrolling through facebook or twitter.
More importantly, if one meteorologist is saying it's 99% chance torrential down pours, and another is saying its dry weather - and then you walk outside and feel only a light sprinkle, who are you more likely to believe? One does not have to be a trained meteorologist to look out and see that it is raining.
That's because you're thinking like a normal, sane human being. That's not what our elites are. The fact that a single penny exists outside of their control fills them with an existential terror beyond human comprehension. They will do anything, ANYTHING to make it theirs.Having human worker bees makes some sense but why do so many people think that the ones making the money printer go brrrr are after our last cans of Who Hash?
Speaking for myself, I doubt any elite would be impressed with my entire estate if I offered it to them.
That's true all around the world. There are very few polling entities that are truly objective today. It seems as if most have some sort of partisan slant or agenda to push because the numbers being reported tend to be extreme in one direction. Ask Democrats about their opinion on Trump and one will see a very low approval rating. Ask die-hard Republicans the same questions and the results will likely be a polar opposite. How can the average normie have their own accurate opinion about a poll topic when the population being sampled is hand-picked and inherently skewed from the start? If you ask enough people of the right age, in the right areas, who read the right newspaper etc, you will always be able to find a percentage that suits an agenda. Surveys in this country are often loaded, and/or not done properly so the data is skewed.
Funny how these people don't realize that scientific knowledge changes and evolves over time. If it didn't, humankind would be believing all sorts of wildly incorrect misconceptions about the most basic of scientific concepts. As such, it's mind-boggling that people are so mindless that they can't seem to grasp that the more COVID is studied the more we will know and the more likely it is that what we thought was true initially is no longer accurate.Funny isn't it? We should listen to the experts...well, no we shouldn't because science isn't a religion - no matter how hard people want it to be, science is fluid. We always challenge and question and inquire, that is what has driven science, philosophy and just about every concept we know.
The worst part of this is that these experts never explain the reasoning behind their changes. People might be sold if they heard a logical or scientific basis for the changed information. Instead, people are being told to do something different and do so without explanation and without any sort of challenge or inquiry as to why. Sadly, the lack of critical thinking skills is probably why so many people just blindly do what they're told.Never mind that the “experts” keep changing their guidelines constantly.
I think part of it is the constant exposure to social media but I also think part has to do with the fact that any sort of independent thought or opinion that goes against The Narrative(tm) opens people up to callout and cancel culture. Consequently, people tend to post bland conforming content online and talk about the same things offline because they've been conditioned to only talk about things that won't generate any sort of dissenting opinions or controversy since people can't be open to or accept/respect opinions different from their own.I don't mean NPC meme talking points, just really, really, boring click-bait vegan shit. The worst part is? I've noticed this in more and more people. Who they were 2-3 years ago, no longer exists. Anybody else had a similar experience?
Some eye places that are affiliated with a university or hospital system that does medical research will often ask questions such as this for research purposes. I experienced something similar when a doctor was affiliated with a research institution. The staff would occasionally ask questions that seemed irrelevant to me personally but relevant for their research.Went to get my eyes checked yesterday and on the form where they ask about health issues and medications, they now ask if you've gotten the coof jab. Because that's super relevant to vision/eye health
I don't think they're affiliated with anyone but they are doing the usual "masks for unvaccinated" thing. First time I've run across anyone seemingly giving a shit. Some eye places that are affiliated with a university or hospital system that does medical research will often ask questions such as this for research purposes. Given we don't yet know about the long-term effects of the COVID vaccines, it's not entirely implausible that someone might be interested in researching the possibility of any side effects that might affect one's eyes/vision.
Absent that, the only educated guess I can come up with is that the office in question might adjust their COVID protocols based on people's self-disclosure of vaccination status.
