In his waterbrain DSP thinks that because the game is "randomly" generated that it's not handcrafted like muh mainstream AAA games. He's an idiot, if anything a roguelike game is more handcrafted because someone crafted the randomness and what it spits out. I've said it before, I'll say it again, computers DO NOT DO RANDOM. Computers are literally running at a level of either off or on (binary) and everything has to be defined that way. To generate randomness they have to use seeds based on the current time and date or other factors. The levels in Returnal aren't generating themselves, everything they generate they were designed to generate in the specific way they generate them.

That people actually listen to this guy and his shit takes on game design blows my mind. In the future everyone will be famous for 5 minutes is really more like in the future everyone will be so stupid that even drunks will be famous for their wisdom.

A couple of fun details... Phil actually missed the Superchat message and said that he couldn't go back and see it. But then revealed that he, in fact, can, it just doesn't work on his laptop, so he went over to his PC and read it from there. So when Phil says he 'can't' do something, he really means that he... can. I wonder if that applies to literally everything.

So this makes the troll superchats even more retarded since he likely isn't going to see them on stream anyway, only maybe after. He also gives SBM the king treatment and actually goes back to read what he said because he's got to clout chase.

Which brings me to point 2, Phil shouted out SBM earlier because he is going to be doing some sort of accessibility restream of the events tomorrow, and he was promoted by Geoff Keighley.
First of all, Phil has shit on Geoff Keighley openly before, but now he's cool because he's working with SBM.
Second, Phil has openly shit on live reaction co-streams like what SBM is going to be doing... but now it's cool because it is a chance to virtue signal for accessibility.
SBM's superchat also said he was sending some love before his life 'takes off into awesomeness' or some shit. So I assume he thinks the Twitch partnership is a lock after this one.

I'd probably recommend not screen capping everything he is saying, since this makes it clear he is attempting to troll us as much as he is attempting to troll Phil.
