Women literally still die in childbirth. Being pregnant is miserable for the majority of women. This is the weirdest thing to fetishize because aside from getting a kid at the end there are pretty much no positives to pregnancy. It likely has a lot to do with taking something like pregnancy (a process meant to propagate new life into the world) and turning it on its head, into something utterly wrong. It's more-or-less a corruption fetish but applied to pregnancy, where the draw is turning something otherwise innocent into something centered wholly and completely on fulfillment of one's fetishes and dark desires.
Mostly because the fetishistic men don't have to live the reality of something feeding off of them for 9 months, nor do they have to deal with the huge pains in the ass of periods draining their iron levels, etc.

This is something that has, and probably will always piss me off: Troons like Kevin and Ripley don't seem to understand that, yes, some woman are naturally beautiful, but a majority of woman do try to give a shit about their appearance, and that doesn't mean not washing your hair and scalp for a month because both of which are sensitive, instead you should be trying to find a shampoo for sensitive skin.
