Yeah in his gin rotten brain he associates "positivity" (money) with people enjoying the stream, which is partially true to an extent. If people are enjoying the stream they will donate, so going clown mode is his attempt at fooling the wheelchairs into thinking they're enjoying this garbage content.
The sad truth is his CoD streams are so irredeemably shit he could put on a full clown costume and ride into his couch in a clown car and people still wouldn't donate because his streams are just that fucking boring.
Either way low tips Phil is Phil at his best.

You have been carrying the stream for almost a full year now, and want others to tip? Should have thought about that when you said that you were rich and money wasn't a problem. Also, he later tipped as Choco Boco (you really have to work those names, man) telling people to tip.

Dude, there is no way that OiC isn't Kat. Seriously, what this guy gets by getting people to waste money on this pig??? He also acts like his wife, literally.

This is verbatim the kind of way a parent would talk to their six year old child. There’s a bunch of regulars in chat tonight and he’s trying to push them so hard to just fucking pay up, both in guilt-tripping and fake enthusiasm.
Only he can’t think of any excuses as to why he NEEDS to hit the Goal when he’s made five figures over the past two months alone
