I agree I always use as a bbq video he made reference for this. It’s almost like he’s making commentary on the video and no one even knows he’s there. Just imagine him being that way everywhere he goes.

It's honestly remarkable how someone can get away with "running a business" without wanting or knowing how to improve it, how to maintain his equipment, how to do market research, how to calculate expenses etc. for over 12 years. Anyone else would be ran out of business and in the poor house, or would close their company and switch to working for someone else or whatever other alternate scenario, yet somehow the pigroach barely hangs on.

I'm reminded of a recent Ask the Pig where he claimed that he can't do a PC setup because he doesn't know how and because those big asshole streamers don't want any competition so they gatekeep it by not telling people what their PC streaming setup is. First of all, imagine being an ahnline khantent creator for over a decade and not knowing how to make a streaming setup, second of all, imagine not knowing how to look up on the internet how to make a streaming setup. Third of all, that's just a blatant fucking lie. You can type in "my streaming setup" into Youtube search and you get thousands of results. In the first 10 results I got, Phil's archnemesis Ninja the Muppet, Exploiter of Children, Braless Wife Haver made a video showing off his setup. Not only that, but from the results I saw there's 2 videos from Linus, one where he shows off his own streaming setup and one where he makes a guide on how to build the best streaming setup you can on a tight budget. In other results I got there weren't just people who just showed off their setups, there were also videos where people show what kind of fuckery you can do with OBS settings to get the most out of your shitty mic and/or webcam and improve your video and audio quality dramatically.

It's really remarkable just how lazy, entitled and stupid one man can be.

Sure but did Ninja or Linus personally contact dsp and offer to come set him up with new equipment and show him how to use it? No? Then they're both still gatekeeping assholes who don't want dsp to know how to properly run a stream.

Also its amazing how toxic he is all the time towards his fellow streamers- "Dsp why don't you update your streaming setup?" BECAUSE OTHER STREAMERS STILL HAVENT TOLD ME!!!

Last nights stream sure was special. I'm almost convinced he's been getting into Kat's meds when she's at work. He doesn't seem drunk, just off. On night streams he's either struggling to keep awake, or hyper clown mode which could be Ativan or something like that. Apparently someone found some overpowered move for Yuffie in the new FF7R game/dlc. Phil states it as being the reason he's not playing it.. which is bullshit, he can't play it because he's already juggling too many games so he's throwing shade on the game. Some real narcissistic shit right there..

Phil then compliments the original FF7... even though he made a whole series on mocking it. He's said plenty of times how he hated FF7 because everyone loved it too much. Now it's fun and addicting? Some one calls him out on it.

Yeah in his gin rotten brain he associates "positivity" (money) with people enjoying the stream, which is partially true to an extent. If people are enjoying the stream they will donate, so going clown mode is his attempt at fooling the wheelchairs into thinking they're enjoying this garbage content.
The sad truth is his CoD streams are so irredeemably shit he could put on a full clown costume and ride into his couch in a clown car and people still wouldn't donate because his streams are just that fucking boring.
Either way low tips Phil is Phil at his best.

DSP has also said in the past that a good stream is based on HIM having fun, not on him entertaining his audience.

DSP can only think of himself. He thinks that if he tries to make a bad game/night entertaining to his audience, then he is being a "fake muppet."

Very convenient because it also means that DSP doesn't have to put any extra effort into his gameplay.

Why is he riding this one guy’s dick? Games journalism has been a laughingstock since Gamergate, and even longer for anyone paying attention. After looking at his Wikipedia article the best I can figure is that Phil is trying to get in on the ground floor with Summer Games Fest, maybe as a pundit or analyst or some other do-nothing “position” which requires him to do nothing but sit on Twitter all day, which he already does.

Its not even a "how do you do fellow kids?" type of thing at this point in his life. Remember this is the same guy that gave RE6 a 9 out of 10 if I remember corectly. He just loves to go against the flow doesn't he? He should get a job as a game journo. More often then not their hot takes on games should be read as the total opposite (TLOU2 is the best or Wolfenstein Young Blood is so good)

That's what's funny about his clout-chasing. I hope he never gives up, because it just gets better the longer he keeps at it. It's never going to work, and it's all his own fault. Nobody with any kind of standing in the industry is going to put their career on the line for The Guy. They have nothing to gain and everything to lose. And yes, us detractors do have involvement, but it wouldn't be so fucking easy if there wasn't footage of Phil threatening an 11 year-old girl. Which is on him, not us.

This is why his "I'm not playing that because trolls rigged the poil" is so hilarious to me. How? Let's say it's true and a bunch of Kiwis found a way to vote in the poll. Why were there choices in the poll that DSP didn't want? It's not like they wrote in Code Vein or something.

The way trolls rig the poll is because DSP is only giving the illusion of choice. He knows what game he wants to play, so if any game other than that wins, then trolls are a convenient excuse.
