You can tell they were so in denial about the whole thing that they didn't even research how the leak happened. I mean, not only are Dream's father and his brother's coach on the picture but the image itself was posted on one of the Huff's Facebook pages if I'm not wrong. Dream's real name and localization was confirmed a long time ago.

I wonder if the guy is going to stick to his comedy bit or flat out admit he's not the man on the picture. But with the clout he's currently receiving, why would he? He might have accidentally (unless there's a conspiracy involved, but I doubt it) saved Dream's pride.

Nah, it was posted on the coach's facebook page and the image is still up. However, Clayton's mother was friends with said coach up until a few hours after the image leaked on KF at which point she deleted her account entirely.

Also speaking of isn’t Dream on a Keto diet (I might be wrong)? I know someone who used to be on a similar diet called Atkins multiple times. It’s basically a less restrictive Keto diet I think? Anyway, the person I know did see results, but ended up regaining the weight. If Dream has lost any weight from the Keto diet he’s either already regained it or he will in the future.

If he actually wanted to put identity speculation to rest he could easily do this. He's making enough money he could pay a small team to do all the tedious work for him (making meals within calorie and dietary limits that don't suck, training regimes, etc.) if he wanted to, but something tells me he thinks keeping the persona and mystery intact is better for business or he would have done this by now, so chances are he won't.

If I was him, I'd actually be working on losing the weight, but still keep the mystery drama shit going in the meantime, so just in case something does blow up where he can't get around a face-reveal, it happens on his terms and doesn't end up being a chungus reveal.

Thing is, as canny as dream is, I don't know how much he thinks about future plans, so I doubt he'd actually hedge his bets on this one.

Consider how he handled the cheating controversy: deny, lie, pay a scientist to try and lie for him (didn't work), use tangential drama with a fellow narcissist to distract (which worked a treat), lay low, then months later realize he can "admit" to cheating without admitting to cheating outright, do so, only to land himself in another shitstorm.

None of that is the actions of someone thinking ahead; it's an extremely skillfully disguised full-tilt-boogie which JohnSwan bailed him out of initially by having his own full-tilt-boogie over similarly trivial bullshit because Johnswan and Dream are basically the same person, which gave Dream time to actually think about how to lie about him cheating at babytoys.
