Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

This is hearsay, so take it with a grain of salt but apparently Sonalee "Thefatsextherapist" was being brought in to do sex ed at my husband's niece's ridiculously overpriced/ritzy Manhattan private school until she was fired thanks to a huge outcry from the parents. Seems that instructing 11-13 year olds on anal sex and dildos was a bridge too far even for those wingnut parents. His aunt was explaining this to me, with no idea who Sonalee was, but I of course was losing my mind.

We have been blessed with another April video. She goes visiting caves with her family, and talks about buying some random merch at the tourist store. She mentions how she's so proud that she fit through "a tight space" in the cave, as in "the year before with my previous weight, i wouldn't have been able to do it".

Then, they went back to Hahatonka (shown in April's marriage anniversary vlog), and ate out (but she didn't get desert so it's all good, guys). You're completely spot on about it being a series about a day in the life of a boring Mormon housewife. She doesn't even do good angles or shots of the locales they go to visit. And since she doesn't overlay music for half the footage, you can hear her heavy breathing from walking right up there in your ears.

drumroll... Ladies and gentlemen, she gained.

She justifies it by saying the scale is challenging for her, that it doesn't define her self-worth, and that it's just water weight.
I've got money on the fact that once she settles in to her new location, she'll be bored and lonely and go hard on the fitness larping again for attention. She's absolutely reveling in her current freedom from health responsibility though.

And on the topic of bloating up a dress size, power level, I've done it. It sucks, mega uncomfortable. Michelle McDaniels, 'My Thoughts Will Probably Offend You' videos, has PCOS and endometriosis (poor broad), and she has a few interesting videos about it. She shows how much she can bloat and how long the bloat can last, and it's crazy. But she's also another perfect example of how even though these conditions are hellacious, they don't doom you to deathfats status for life.

I think that's fine for 11-13 year olds. Half those boys are probably watching fucked up incest porn on their smartphones anyway. Hearing the term anal sex isn't going to burn Ayden's virgin ears.

Though the actual best way to do it is to let kids write anonymous questions on index cards and then answer them so you can figure out exactly what level they're at. That's what my public health nurses do.

I still think April put on 15 to 20 pounds in 2021 (so far) and is well over 300 lbs. She's trickle-truthing her true weight gain up to her actual size (330+) because she knows she'll get busted hard at some point if she keeps lying.

I suspect her dumb husband would finally leave her if he realized she's never getting under 300.

McDaniels has shown pics where her abdomen had bloated so much she looked 4-5 months pregnant. She's the perfect example of how someone can stay fit and lean in spite of huge hormonal problems and true water bloat swings.

Checked in on this cow today.
Lol at the fact that it’s definitely Torrid’s quality that makes you rip your leggings the first time you wear them and not because you’re cramming that ass into pants that are too small...

Model seems fine in them:

Kinda gives an idea how fat someone is when you compare them to the model...There must be inch deep indents around those calfles....

Yes.

I would be wary about prescribing glucagon-like peptide receptor agonists like Ozempic in the long term because of the increased risk of medullary thyroid cancer (which Norvo Nordisk tries to hide for some reason.)
So humour me, but my thought was that obesity in women often has thyroid linked issues too, as thyroid is responsible for metabolic regulation (digestion, uptake etc, heart beats) and protein synathesis? That having a messed up thyroid is often linked to iodine deficiency, and iodine deficiency is really bad for baby/children's development and women's hormones in general? Not saying they are iodine deficient and that's why they fat but a Co occurring issue too.

with or without my tinhattery, pharma aint making money to make you and keep you well. as below too.
If you want to know who's an actual pharma shill you can try to look up their conference presentations.

Hard cash kickbacks from pharma reps are illegal. Paying ludicrously high speaking fees to providers are not. That's how it's done these days.
In the UK since health care is free, although of course we have a lot of private health care providers. You will note a lot of positions in 'think tanks' 'NGOs' 'associated health industries' - along with Executive positions, they take up Non Exec Positions or hired as an expert (so use their name). Our politicians are much the same, the reward is the money you make around your role. I am not saying they are not well paid, but it is really bonkers that the Secretary of State for Health (72+82 = 154k) in fact the Prime Minister of the UK (162k) is paid less than a Chief Exec of 1 NHS trust, (200-250k) of which there are 217 Trusts in just England, not including scotland, northern ireland, or wales.

It would be really hard to pull apart iodine deficiency and hypothyroidism and morbid obesity. In the US we add iodine to salt you can buy at the grocery store, but fast food restaurants rarely use it and few morbidly obese people actually cook at home, so this becomes a wild melange of collinear factors. Are you getting obese from eating at McDonald's all the time or is it because that they don't use iodized salt and you have hypothyroidism now?

Good luck actually untangling all of this.

Apologies. I meant that prescribing ozempic which they are against if you have history of thyroid tumours. And fatties are walking thyroid issues?

Edit. Unclear. So be not advised to prescribe long term.

Well you don't prescribe Ozempic if anyone has a family history of thyroid cancer. They even warn you about that in the ads for patients like anyone fucking knows if they have a family history of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2. I can barely fucking get my patients to take prescribed medications in any way that makes sense to God or mankind.

Morbidly obese patients are about twice as likely to have overt hypothyroidism or any clinically relevant thyroid issues in my experience. It's...still a really low rate in general. It's not a glandular problem.

Slight PL: I've worn Torrid leggings before and they are 1) comfortable and 2) pretty damn durable. You can tell she's stuffed into those leggings, so I shouldn't be surprised they would rip at that point.
