Wtf? Again? Like, I understand that banks do this to protect possible unauthorized transactions, but why this keeps happening to this guy? I had this happen to me a couple times when I made some big purchases, but this is ridiculous now... And those tips are supposedly "normal" tips for a DSP 5-star-whale ($100 to $200 normally). Since I'm not in US I apologize if this is rather common, but this is massive red flag to me regarding this "behind-the-scenes tipper".
