I know we should all keep our hopes hopes low, but there’s no way in hell Nintendo won’t have at least a few games to show. Even it’s just more remasters (Wind Waker Switch probably isn’t happening yet for fear of making Skyward Sword look like a joke and Metroid Prime is something spergs dream about), it would automatically be better than what we’ve been shown so far this week. At least we know most of their old games are good.
i'd kill in minecraft to have reggie and kaz, i watched some old e3 videos and them dudes are a blast to look.

Part of me wants to assure you that things will get better, that what we're seeing in the death rattle of a dying ideology that only got the screen time it has due to COVID meaning they have nothing to show.
Another part of me wants to slap you in the face and call you a nimby. Though mostly the first option.
You have to decide what you want. If you don't want woke shit, then stop visiting Kotaku, Polygon, etc. If you want good, non-woke games, stop buying woke games from corrupt publishers that hate you. You have to pick your battles and save ire for games and people that are genuinely shit.
I see people all the time, here and elsewhere, complaining that every furry game is degenerate coomer garbage, but then list Banjo and Starfox as childhood favourites. They complain about indies making retro style boomer shooters, then turn around as complain no one makes games like Doom, Quake, Blood, and Half-Life any more.

Those people are faggots. Every one of those games you listed is great.
Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie are phenomenal 3D platformers with fully-realized worlds and a ton of secrets. Starfox is (secretly) one of the best arcade games ever made but for the fact that most people that play it neglect to realize that the game is meant to be replayed dozens of times and mastered. And then your older circle-strafe shooters are excellent, including some newer entries like New Order. And Half-Life is a masterpiece with a remake (Black Mesa) that is actually really fucking good.
But yeah I agree with you. People are faggots. I just wanted to say nice things about all of those games. We both know that people talk more about those games than they actually play those games. FUCKING FAGGOTS!
