In Canada, to declare bankruptcy you need to find an agency who will even take your case and base on what you owe (credit card debt, bank loans, that kind of thing) tells you what you must pay in cash in advance to proceed. that starts at 1k and goes up from there. All bankruptcy applications are NOT approved nor successful .
Any and all moneys owed CRA cannot be part of any bankruptcy, they will demand from the bank , account statements and see was she frugal, lost a job, couldn t make ends meet ? OR just neglected the government owed dues in favor of lifestyle.
We already know the answer to that. So, she s in for a hella surprise if she thinks she can just waltz into a bankruptcy like before. CRA WILL garnish a percentage of the moneys that are direct deposited to her bank account. It is just a matter of time that she either loses her YouTube channel income, or her life. Both are on taut lifelines . FB is only able to think like a grifter ( the 2,500 USD = 3000CDN membership bonus) and that will be her fall. Only people who have a good head for business thrive in the long game.

With all due respect and not to beat a dead horse but Chantal has filed bankruptcy in the past and IMO she won't hesitate to do it again in the future, the filing fees are a drop in the bucket compared to what she owes.
