The best part is he missed what might be the only solid presentation in the entire damn E3. The other part is, even if he did stream he might just do the same shit he does every Ninty stream which is be a negative fuck and whine.

I don't even see why he's that mad about the Nintendo Direct rules. I just saw two vtuber streams doing the same thing with zero issues and Nintendo specifically said people could upload reactions with video footage right after it's over. This shouldn't be that big of a deal, like an annoyance at best if you need to rework a sound setup. Oh no, people have to open a new tab instead of watching the stream next to his fat ass.

i think i saw the same two vtubers and it's pretty crazy how big a difference it makes they don't constantly whine about shit and their audience increases by more than pats entire audience on a monthly basis.
While pat was getting on everyone's nerves about how bad 3D sonic is, Korone streamed the entirety of Sonic Adventure and had a great time with like 20 times pat's viewership.

There is a visible difference between a streamer that is having fun and enjoying themselves versus one that is constantly bitching and dragging their feer. Audiences will pick up on that.

Lmao. There are no influencers that are valuable to Nintendo. Like at all. They're a company that can literally tank through anything and come out smelling like roses. Their fans and influencers might as well be guardsmen to them.
Remember the big drama with Pokemon Sword and Shield? How we were all gonna boycott it because they cut tons of content? Then they sold a combined 10 billion copies. They also have the worst online service, almost never lower the price of their games, never port their first parties to any other console and have crushed more user created content into the dust than any other video game company. And all of that means jack shit. They are bulletproof.
Ignoring the fact that it's cute anime girls vs your average streamer whose a fat retard generally, Vtubers have to be professional, especially ones that are affiliated with a larger brand like Hololive, Nijisani or even Vshojo.
It's ok for them to rage, make the occasional wink wink lewd joke and freak out on occasion but above all else, they need to be professionals. Because it's actually a job for them. A job they got hired for, one they need actual skill to do (Pretty much all of them can sing and most can draw pretty well) and one that, if they fuck up with they will get their ass shitcanned so fucking fast and replaced with another girl hungry to be the next big sensation.
As an aside, as hugboxy as stuff like Hololive fans can be, positivity and generally having a great time, even if its with a shit game will always net more viewers than being a big old sourpuss like so many old hack personalities are. Being negative all the time just makes you depressed as well and at some point, most people will realize that and just stop being interested in angry old streamers.

Pat should shut up about castlevania RN, I give Mercury Meme shit and they did make bad castlevania games (the entire Lords of Shadow series is trash) but nintendo and sakamoto is overseeing them like a hawk on dread and Samus Returns. Mercury Meme CAN make good games, its just konami and kojima are idiots are handeling the franchise and letting IGA leave Konami was a massive mistake as without him the franchise is a lumbering corpse no one has a clear vision on.

Dude i saw those tweets its fucking retarded. Lords of Shadows 2 has a giant glaring fucking issue but outside of that is actually pretty fun. Konami are the ones who 100% killed it the same as they killed Metal gear and everything else they own. They just want to leverage the brand names to sell pachinko machines or licensing rights to make shows or movies.
The developers literally did a good Metroid remake on the 3ds. I don't understand what Pat wants they proved they can make a Metroid game and Nintendo were so satisfied with the job they gave them Metroid 5 to make.
That's a bullshit statement because the Switch has already sold more than the lifetime sales of the 3ds. Its sold more than like every other Nintendo handheld device that had Pokemon on it. The Audience that can get Sword and Shield is so large it would outsell every other game in the series by default just by being on a home console now and not a handheld. The main Pokemon Audience thats played every game could all not buy it and it would barely put a dent in its sales it would still be the best selling Pokemon ever. Theres also the fact the Normie audience who hasn't played Since Gen 2 then played GO would see the game and go "WOW a full 3d pokemon finally with an open world its what i always wanted."

Notice that they didn't ban it entirely and people would be allowed to upload it alongside the stream after the stream was over because Japan Nintendy wants the views themselves for the event.
Everyone is mad at Twitch for the content strike shit but where else are they going to go? Youtube is slightly less bad about it but people stubbornly don't want to stream there.
It's like the Persona 5 thing, where they both see it as them working "for free" or that it being a waste of their time if there's even a slight chance that it could get copyright claimed as if that fucking matters on Twitch where they get people donating to them directly regardless of what they're watching or playing. Tons of people watched this E3 and played Persona 5 with no issues but oh no I might make slightly LESS money!

Pat bought and refunded the game as some sort of dig at TPC but that still counts towards a sale of a product, 99% of people who were mad about S&S bought it because they always do. It's a meme in the pokemon community that "You will buy it anyways" and they did. People are incapable of just not buying something. I'm looking forward to when Legends comes out and the staff at Gamefreak were crunched for 2 years again and the game still has bad framerates because people are incapable of understanding the actual problems and complain about something irrelevant.
There's a fine line between playing up an asshole character for jokes, and just being an actual asshole. Intelligent and experienced comedians know how to skirt that line, but retards like pat just disregard the line entirely and act like any rude things they do are justified. I think at this point i dislike pat's sycophants more than pat himself, because if a normal person acted like pat does, it would push away those around them until they were forced to actually reconsider their actions. But with pat, his circlejerk of dick suckers ensure that he never has to think critically about how his actions come across.

I actually think that is the issue at the heart of both Pat and Woolie's stuff compared with old SBFP - it used to be fun. They were engaged with the games they played and used that with some c-tier comedy bits and obscure references to actually entertain.
