She was so pleased with herself too....making sure to let chat know that she ate off camera to punish them. She smugly reminded everyone that she and Peetz were super excited to share the meal she made, but "someone had to go and ruin everything".
My favorite part about the post-raid stream is how she kept telling everyone the cop said that she could be doing illegal drugs in the house and there is nothing they could do about it. She mentioned that like five times. Then the chat started calling bullshit, and she just kept repeating herself, this time giving the example of doing lines of coke...and she would be fine, the cops can't do anything. Chat continued to call bullshit, and she finally goes with, "well that's what he told me".
My theory is this is something that Nader told her one coke-fueled binge fest in the drug den. It totally feels like something your friend would tell you while you were getting high in the basement in High School or something. And then you just believed it, and started telling other people, and so on.
When she specifically dialed in on the example of coke is when she lost me. Oh, and the fact that Chantal lies.

Not sure what they thought the cops were going to do, getting a call from an uninvolved party, who had no evidence to provide other than “I think she drove home after doing meth, coke and/or molly the night prior and she may or may not have still been under the influence. I know bc I watched her live stream on YouTube. No I didn’t witness her take anything. No, I don’t know if she has anything on her person. No, she didn’t cause an accident or injury herself or anyone else. No it didn’t happen today, it happened weeks ago. But u should show up at her house and charge her with...well um...”? Yeah, that’s not how the law works in Canada. had they caught her while driving and had probable cause to think she was under the influence or in possession then possibly they could have searched her or asked her to provide a sample for testing but if she has any brain cells at all (and I’m not suggesting she does) she would have just refused.
The only way that was anything more than a wellness check was if Nads Is actually as nefarious and shady as he appears to be, is under investigation and has pulled her in by association or worse, holding for him or moving for him. Even then, they would need cause to do anything more than what they did. Something more substantial than a week old video or some incriminating storytimes from a pathological liar.
We can only hope she actually believes she can do lines of coke in her home and the cops can’t do anything bc Chantal is
stupid enough to ‘prove it’ on a live stream.

Yeah, I don't know about Canada. but I think she's confusing this claim with the fact police usually are not able to search your house for drugs or alcohol without a warrant. Obviously, this is completely different than them saying to her "oh yeah, you're totally fine to blow lines off of your Egyptian boyfriend's dick, as long as your in the safety of your own home! That's your right as a CANADIAN citizen!" If they can't see drugs in plain view from where the officer is standing- for a wellness check, they have no reason to search you or your house.
Also, I can 100% see Nader telling her this as if he knows more about Canadian law than she does when they were riding the slopes hard together some night.

It seems necessary to reiterate the fact that the police did NOT stop by for a wellness check.
“They came here, my house, about driving under the influence. What?! And your proof is what?! You have no proof. Like no proof, like go ahead. Because I don’t drive under the influence, that’s an absolute fucking lie. So do what you have to do.”

So here's my pet theory:
I know we all laugh when the deathfats go on and on about how the "haydurs are just jealous" but I seriously think that the more dangerous neghole pozzing ones are. Look at the dedicated ratking commentators for these guys, there are some with loving families and full lives but they're few and far between.
Some of the worst specimens in the live chat and commentary community around tend to be fat losers that feel like Chantal is "wasting her shot". "If I got 4k a month to eat on live and a man like Peetz living with me I would blah blah blah." She's like a living Mary Sue for these people except she's doing everything wrong and it makes them psychotic because if it was their life they would do it so much better

Some of these people come at her from a "place of love"; i.e. they want to correct her course so they can live vicariously through her by going on Eurobeezes and adventures to... nowhere but her kitchen. As someone mentioned a few pages back, she came ohhhhhhh so close to admitting it in the "Frenchie" Live Stream.
After talking about driving high, and swearing she has never ever done it (I promise guizeeeee), at 42:30 she reads a comment, "Driving high is terrifying." She immediately responds with, "Ya! I find it so like...<trails off>. Wellllllll..." At this point she barely catches herself, starts pounding her drink in silence, eyes bouncing off the walls. Then the homeless guy saves her, and she doesn't have to go back to the driving high talk.

My theory is because they are fat poor losers and watching clotso get paid for doing what these poor fatso’s do everyday causes the little green monster to come out.

Mind you they could of got speed camera footage of her on her phone whilst driving (live streaming) and her swerving, whilst receiving multiple reports about her driving, whilst on livestream whilst under influence. For that I can somewhat at least have understanding why. Anyone that drives under influence puts multiple people at risk who are usually completely innocent.
Bitch should not be driving whilst live streaming for a start as we have discussed it a lot here. She should count herself lucky she merely got a warning, they have a lot of footage of varying questionable times.

Just wanted to further clarify. I rewatched the beginning to try and see if she even remotely tries to keep her story straight. Here are some notes and some highlight marks. The police DID show up for a wellness check, but homegirl still has a bunch of holes in the story if you ask me...
First says some crazy obsessed person but changes it to “our landlord,” then changes it to “not the landlord, but a worker from the company we rent from.” Claims to “know the girl well.” She had e-mailed Chantal previously to express concerns over some “crazy person” e-mailing them saying she was a “crazy, messy, youtuber*”. Claims the lady said the messages were “mean and bullying” in nature. She offers Chantal and Peetz opportunity to move downtown. (Why would they want to move her in stead of just threatening an eviction if she doesn’t get it the fuck together?)
“Not just that…” Chantal continues.
Claims this lady came by that same day, saying that “somebody kept saying they were like gonna uhhh...” She then abruptly changes the subject- “they were concerned for you.” Because they said they saw Chantal high on a live stream or something (imagine that). Tells her “as you can see, I’m perfectly fine!” Landlord then states that said person who called planned on calling the cop for a wellness check. Even though they already had called the landlord to do a wellness check? (I feel like there is way more to this part of the story, as it doesn’t quite add up why the landlord came by before the police, unless the landlord called the police to report her strange behavior to police after her wellness check
). Tells her she “yeah, I do drugs.” And then says the landlord was “wasting her time” in checking up on her.Abruptly changes subject to when the cops get there that night. Cop says they got a call for a wellness check (6:12 mark). Bitches about how she’s rich and famous to him and can’t be bothered with this. Cop allegedly tells her she “has a right to do drugs” (6:30). This is when she brings up that he told her she’s allowed to do drugs behind closed doors. (Best part) “SO THERE YA GO! YOU CANT TATTLE TALE ON SOMEONE FOR DOING DRUGS IN THEIR OWN HOUSE!” She admonishes the audience.

I know they don't have the time, resources, or desire to do this, but I would love if a cop car hid around the corner from her apartment to follow her the next time she goes driving. I would love to see her get pulled over while live streaming. She's one of the few people who would STOP recording when the police show up instead of STARTING to record.
I mean that would be kind of horrifying if a cop did that at all, but hilarious if they did it to Chantal.
